Sales rep Brandom is awsome. He helped me get a good deal on a nice forklift. When I had a user error problem you he sent a tec out right away and helped me. Tech was also very nice and knowledgeable. If you want a company that will stand by their product even when you're the one that makes the mistake, this is the right place.

Very helpful friendly staff! I would recommend them unless they try to order from Titan. I have had bad experiences with that manufacturer. Even with that, they have been very helpful in getting my problems with Titan equipment resolved!

Parish Tractor and Coastal Kubota horrible service and gouging. I brought R Kubota dingo into the shop because it intermittently was stopping with a recall. They said it was the starter for $1500. We said there's no way because it wouldn't intermittently. Start, we then got a second opinion over at outpost. They took the cab off and found that there was a wire that was physically loosened to the starter, fixed it for a $150. There's no way that it can do that on its own question. What happened here plus they would have never fixed the machine and charge us more money. Then we brought an svl 95 To parish tractor they initially cut us $1500 to repair this. We said that's way too much. They lowered it to $7500. How is this in any event? We came to pick it up and they charged us 9100 extra money. I didn't argue. I just said I'm going to turn this in. Because this is a very mu Constantly, what's happening with this company? I called corporate turned them in as well for price, gouging, and for possible fraudulent machinery.Tampering, but we'll take it from there

After some internet research it seemed that Kubota made the best zero turn mower. So after driving to Coastal Machinery and quickly viewed the equipment and found the one to fit my size. After touring the machine and confirming the quality of materials and build, Brian came out and talked to me. When he quoted the price, we went in and made the deal. Delivery was excellent. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The machine performs perfectly and the support from Coastal Machinery is far above all local competition.
