I had high hopes for Palmer Orchids! A Florida native visiting from St. Pete, I was taken back by how rude staff member Ashley was. The way the nursery is set up, I was a bit confused where to go. I went to the first nursery next to parking, and Ashley practically barked at me for not knowing my way around.

To be fair, the nursery itself is well kept and the selection is glorious. I am always looking for ways to support our local farmers and businesses. I was tempted to purchase a decadent tabletop arrangement, but couldn’t justify giving my money to a business that treats customers with such disdain.

Breathtaking. Vanda house is my favorite. Quality plants. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You will be in awe. Several times a year they hold an event/sale which is a treat to attend. Very healthy plants. Everything I have purchased here has thrived. If you love orchids or need a gift for someone who does I would highly suggest a visit. Just walking around the greenhouses is a stress reliever. Great place for some plant therapy!

This was a real treat to find Palmer Orchids today. I've never seen so many orchids in one place and so many varieties. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again and tell my family and friends.

This nursery was amazing. The team was so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions about my growing environment Vs what would live and directed me to the right plants. And provided printed instructions to help me out. The amazing place is dream for orchid lovers. The plants that are older are huge! There is a orchid that was from the 80s that was massive worth a see. They have pots and growing medium. I wish I would have stayed longer and purchased more! Enjoy.

I ordered a Dendrobium from Palmer Orchids, and it arrived at my doorstep three days later. I was impressed with how securely it was packaged—easily the most secure plant shipment I’ve received(not the first plant i’ve bought online). There were packing peanuts (not styrofoam), then the plant was wrapped in paper, and after that, stuffed with tons of shredded newspaper. My plant arrived happier and healthier than I expected, considering it’s almost late winter. Five stars—I may consider ordering again once some more plants I’m looking for come in stock.
