My husband bought me a huge and gorgeous arrangement of orchids for our anniversary last week, but after less than 3 days, big, healthy leaves began falling off of the base of the plants. I couldn’t believe it. More and more green healthy leaves started falling off, and within the week, only two leaves remained. The stems of the orchids began to yellow as well. I was shocked. I have purchased dozens and dozens of orchid plants over the years and have NEVER had anything like this happen before. I told him he should take the plant back so the problem could be fixed. This arrangement was not cheap! Today he came home with another arrangement, and I was thrilled until he told me they made him pay for the replacement! I couldn’t believe it! Poor business, if you ask me! We will NOT be returning. Take your money elsewhere! What a waste.

⚠️ We did read bunch of negative reviews. I must say, our experience here was nice and pleasant.

💐 Flower selection is OK. Most, if not all, flowers were fresh and looked good. I really liked the selection of orchids! The looked great.

🧊All flowers are in the two fridges. When you walk in, go to the counter and turn right.

💲Prices are a bit cheaper then in at “big” store. I usually buy flowers in WholeFoods. Orchids here are definitely few dollars less. Plus, I think, they look better.

🪴They have a large garden in the back. You can get all kind of plants. Plus large assortment of pots.

Shocked at how rude, disrespectful and unfriendly the owner of this place was. Beyond bad customer service, the man that owns or runs this shop is just terrible vibes as a human. Go somewhere else for your flowers/orchids.

This guy is great! Open very long hours. Always always something beautiful in his cooler. And the orchids are very pretty as well as outside plants. Asset to the neighborhood!!

Called to place a huge company order and was told that they wouldn’t make me one, that I had to choose from the ones they had in store. Couldn’t even make the request and was hung up on. They lost an order for over 100 arrangements for being so rude.
