Suzie, Denise, Brian & their staff are absolutely first class professionals. They went above and beyond in so many ways to help make my wife and my wedding the day of our dreams. I'll admit, our vision wasn't the easiest to understand but Suzie and Denise seemingly read our minds and made our thoughts turn out beautiful. The desired look was a summer wedding full of colorful wild flowers with pinks and greens as the base colors.

If you're looking for a florist for weddings or any other type of event, PacWest Blooms will surely go above and beyond for you too.

My best friend hired Susie as a wedding coordinator, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Despite her positive reviews, she was unprofessional and unreliable. On the day of the wedding, she went completely MIA, not responding to calls or texts. She finally arrived 15 minutes before 5pm, with no explanation from her assistants regarding her whereabouts. For the amount my friend paid, she expected much better service. When Susie finally arrived, she didn’t acknowledge the situation or offer any apology, simply stating that her phone had been off.

I was so overwhelmed when we got engaged thinking about color palettes/florals/etc because honestly I had NO idea what I was doing... insert the incredible PacWest Bloom team! After our first meeting, all my worries were washed away because this team of creatives are MASTERS of their craft. Nothing could have prepared me for what they delivered.... absolutely breathtaking. Honestly what they delivered is exactly why every bride should relinquish control and let the professionals do their job and get creative! Their team is communicative, professional, calming, reassuring, friendly, and without a doubt TALENTED. I cannot recommend them enough, and honestly I can't thank them enough.

As a bride, I would not recommend because after picking up the bouquet $120, boutineer $18, and bridal comb $38 on Friday for my Saturday wedding, I had to wake up at 6am on Saturday to emergency make my own bouquet and boutinerre because this is what my dad picked up on Friday. I wouldn’t buy a bouquet of flowers from Trader Joe’s for $10 that looks like the bridal bouquet i got. Not featured is the broken tulip. I had asked for wild flower vibe with dahlias, ranunculuses, sweet peas, etc. Maybe I needed to give explicit directions, but I really didn’t think I had to say “don’t make my main flower cheap neon orange candela flowers”. I think perhaps because I’m not a wedding coordinator and am just a retail client, I was probably seen as a less important customer. It caused so much stress to deal with this mess last minute.

The bouquet was also TINY!

Hiring PacWest Blooms for our wedding coordination and florals was by far the best investment we made for our wedding day. They covered our florals, chair rental/setup, personal cake, vendor coordination, timeline help and so much more. They were so sweet to us every step of the way. We felt like we could truly enjoy our wedding day, because they were making sure everything was running smoothly. The florals they provided were beautiful and exactly what we had discussed. Suzie and her entire team were so amazing to us, and we would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Santa Barbara area.

When my daughter chose Santa Barbara as her wedding ceremony and reception venue we had planned on taking on part of the project on our own (an obvious mistake). We had tasked ourselves with taking on the reception venue decoration and organization.

A couple of months before the wedding, we realized we were in over our heads. Suzie and PacWest Blooms were recommended by the reception site coordinator and we are so thankful for that. During our initial meeting, she pulled up my daughter's wedding pages, figuring out what her style was and what she was thinking. The meeting she had with our daughter brought smiles to the face of the bride-to-be. She was excited again and relieved of the stress of having to planning wedding with two bossy parents. Our daughter's excitement was matched by that of Suzie and her staff.

Suzie and PacWest Blooms took over everything, from deliveries, to working with the ceremony and reception coordinators and DJ, forming a solid team whose goal was to make our daughter's wedding the magical day she had dreamed of.Everyone who attended the wedding told us how amazing it was and what a great time they had.

We brought Suzie in only a couple of months before the wedding and it was our luck they were available. Taking us on so soon before the big day had to be a challenge but she was up to the task. I can only imagine what she would have accomplished had we given her more time. Suzie and PacWest are amazing, they were excited for us and excited about weddings, and just nice people.

We were ready to have nervous breakdowns when our first wedding planner was being nonresponsive. PacWest was our florist at the time and boy were we lucky that they were able to take our wedding planning on. PacWest did everything they possibly could to make things run smooth on the wedding day and keeping us on track heading up to the day to make it all happen. We couldn't have asked for better service or a better value!!!

Suzie and her team are truly passionate about floral design. They are "outcome" driven, doing whatever it takes to make your wedding day florals look amazing and reflect your personality. We were so happy with her floral design. She was respectful of our budget and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend PacWest Blooms!! You will not be disappointed.
