Love ❤Oviedo Beautiful Flowers 🌸🌺🌻🌹🌷🌼💐 every time I called or every time I walk into the store and ask them for a custom-made arrangement order for arrangement they have already on site they are always fast ready and reliable trust me any flowers you get from them will last you for weeks I don't know how they do it but they do they still look gorgeous after 2 weeks so I will recommend Oviedo beautiful flowers to everybody overall great experience with them been buying flowers for them for years

Very disappointed!! Placed an order Friday around 4pm. Needed an arrangement for funeral service Saturday at 11am. Specifically asked if they could deliver to Banfield Funeral home by 11am Sat. The person on the phone stated that would not be a problem. Gave the person all of my Debit card info, arrangement order, wording on card, phone # and email address. Get to the Funeral Service NO ARRANGEMENT from my wife and I. I called after the service and was told no payment went through and Sorry but our internet was down for 2 days. Why didn't I get a phone call or email telling me there was an issue. No, I find out at the service.

I received these flowers from my co-workers for retirement (see photo)! First of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday at 10:00 AM, instead on Monday at 4:45 PM I got a call asking if I could stay after 5:00 P.M. for them to deliver, I told them that our office closes at 5:00PM. I asked it they would deliver on Tuesday and to make sure that the flowers were fresh, I was reassured that the flowers would be refreshed. Tuesday the flowers were delivered! The roses were all open and the balloon did not coordinate with the arrangement. My coworker called and said that the balloon did not coordinate and that they just tied a random black and white balloon around the base. She was told that they would put the order on record! (what does that mean?). I called and asked to speak with the manager after speaking with the lady that answered the phone and was told that the flowers were delivered on Monday at 10:15 AM. I indicated that the flowers were not delivered on Monday but instead on Tuesday. I spoke with the manager and the manager said I should call 1-800 flowers with my complaints because she felt she had done her job. Please see photo of flower arrangement that was delivered on Tuesday! I do not recommend this shop for any flowers orders!

I called an order 9 days before I needed these flowers to make sure everything is good and I don’t have to worry about anything. On the day of pickup, I get a call and voicemail that I didn’t catch until I got here and Izzy told me she called me. Basically she said something like “somebody didn’t put in an order for me, so your flowers are not ready today” and said “there’s been an oopsie on your order” on the voicemail. She said she can get them to me tomorrow, the day I actually needed them. I explained that I am busy most of the day and she offered to have them delivered, then explained that it would be $5 more.......
Here’s some advice: if you don’t hold up your end as a business, maybe a little compensation or discount or at least a waived delivery fee would be appreciated.
Yes I paid the $5 additional delivery fee on already expensive flowers, and it is 2 days after my anniversary and they are starting to wither already. Yes we have changed the water daily.
