I’m writing this review a year after completing our stunning backyard project with Outdoor Designs to ensure my assessment reflects not just the planning and construction phases, but also how well the work has held up against Florida's weather. After a full year, I can honestly say our backyard still looks brand new and incredible. We encountered a couple of minor issues, but they were quickly resolved under Outdoor Designs' 1-year labor warranty—nothing significant at all.

Dan and his entire team are a joy to work with; they genuinely care about their clients and take immense pride in their work. We had a great experience with Outdoor Designs and their staff.
We had pavers installed in the backyard, a Pergola, closed up the fence and installed 2 gates and also place French Drains.
There were minor issues that came up throughout the project as can be expected at times, but it was always handled swiftly and professionally. There was always prompt response and communication from the team and they aim to please. If you're not a Spanish speaker, you may have a hard time speaking with some of the crew, but rest assured Outdoor Designs will get what you need done. Emille, John, Rigoberto, and Ceci were amazing to work with. The longest wait for us was for HOA approval but once we had the go signal, Outdoor finished our project within a week. We would highly recommend Outdoor Designs and won't hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Let me say, I am very particular about the processes and details and methods used. I didn’t want just some builder grade structure. I wanted some custom elements. I had a great experience with this company. It’s a family run business and I was treated like part of their family. Texts, requests, emails, calls were responded to immediately. And due to my city holding up the permitting (no fault of the company), and the customization, there was LOTS of communication. We are so pleased with the whole process and the final outcome.
