Thy went above and beyond with my flowers and bouquet at my wedding. She is extremely detail oriented and has very good taste on what looks good for flowers that will match decor for your wedding. Thy and the Oceanic Flowers team did our flower arrangements for our recent wedding on 10/9/21. We ordered different arrangements: bouquets, boutonnieres, flowers on the chapel pews (which also served as our center pieces at the reception), and a half garland for the chapel arch. All the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The execution was clean and very elegant. My bouquet was stunning and the colors so vibrant. Thy took our vision to another level and exceeded our expectations. Thy took the time to ask questions and get a sense of what we really wanted, and the result was such beautiful work of art. HORRIBLE !! I wish I could give zero stars.
We just got married a week ago, and what we got from this company was unacceptable.
When we first met with Thy, I was impressed with her confidence and how she seemed like she knew all about designs and colors. I put my trust in her, which turned out to be a mistake. I told her the color ideas I wanted for the wedding and she said that she would make beautiful bouquets. I also told her how I wanted my mom's to be vibrant to go with her personality. Her response: "no problem!"

Wedding day comes, they hadn't shown up at the venue. They had to be called and they said they were running late. We waited for them, delaying our wedding over a half an hour.
When they finally did deliver the flowers, they looked dead and they were NOTHING like what we had talked about. My mom's flower was so dead it fell off before the ceremony began and she only had a dead leaf left. But the original flower was a dying beige color, which was nothing like the "vibrant" colors we had talked about.
There were absolutely NO flowers that looked good for our wedding. And honestly, I'm an easy going bride, but this was unacceptable. My husband and I came up with a theory that they probably forgot all about our wedding and then when they were called, they said "shoot!" and collected whatever scraps of flowers they had around in the back of their shop, dead or alive.
If I could go back in time, I would NEVER have done business with them. We can't get back the time lost from our wedding or unsee all of the dead flowers in all of the pictures.
Trust me.. take your business somewhere else.
