My husband purchased a mixed floral arrangement for me for Valentine's Day. I was blown away by how stunning it was (and still is)! They included a variety of blooms and colors, and even added a few unopened blossoms so that the bouquet gets prettier by the day. The picture I've taken doesn't do it justice! My husband also asked for a single rose for our daughter, and it was packaged beautifully with care. She was so thrilled! It also still looks lovely almost a week later. Also, I'm happy to say my husband was very impressed with the service. He said everyone in the shop was kind, courteous, and accommodating, even though it was obvious it was an extremely busy day. They took the time to help him transport the flowers out to the car and securely stowed them for the ride home. He said he plans to purchase more arrangements in the future (yay for me!).

I bought these flowers for my mom who just had surgery in Naples, FL. She absolutely LOVED them! The flowers were better than pictured and really brightened her week. Living in Montana makes it hard to choose a local florist. I highly recommend this florist. The flowers were delivered on time. Thank you!

What an amazingly beautiful and grand standing spray arrangement Donna created for my brother's wake. She paid close attention to every detail. She showed great compassion at a difficult time for me while spending as much time as I needed with her. Thank you Donna; it was a pleasure.

Very disappointing. I called and ordered an arrangement that was on their website, but what was delivered to my cousin's funeral bore little resemblance. The arrangement I ordered, called Treasured and Beloved, had miniature roses, and delphinium, and touches of blue, my cousin's favorite color. The actual piece had mums and was mainly white. The arrangement I ordered was asymmetrical, a feature I told the woman, Jessica, I liked. The delivered arrangement was symmetrical. The arrangement I ordered had ivy and silver leaf. The one delivered had tropical leaves. For $134 the arrangement was nothing special. It was average, as if they just wanted to get it out the door. Oh, and I asked for and was promised a picture, but that didn't come until I called after the funeral and asked. Their excuse, well, Valentine's Day is coming. That should not mean that funerals or weddings get shortchanged. If you want a florist that cares, go elsewhere.

Occasions of Naples had great customer service. I had originally ordered the flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, but then I needed to have them delivered almost a week earlier. I called Occasions and they were very friendly and accommodating. The flowers were delivered on time on the earlier date and they looked beautiful.
