The Most Extraordinary Floral Arrangement and Service! I phone ordered from Miss Kelly and described what I desired and she is an overachiever! The flowers were delivered grand and fresh within hours on the same day! The ensemble is very appealing in the colors, expertly positioned for a visual extravaganza for a great price! Horrible customer service, a friend of mine went in to order flowers for winter formal and the lady at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Told the young man “I don’t have time for this!!” While he was trying to order flowers for the first time ever.
I will never return to this place nor will I ever recommend them!!

Oakdale Flowers deserves more than 5 stars. The customer service and professionalism was excellent. Kelli did such an amazing job with the flowers for my sisters funeral. Even though it was a difficult day for my mother and I, Kelli helped make this experience special and Peaceful. Thanks again for the wonderful arrangements.

I can't say enough how much this business pays attention to the details, and with each opportunity tries to exceed expectation! I recently placed an order through Oakdale Flowers & More, and the intended recipient was not present during the delivery. Tulips open very quickly, and she didn't want to leave them over night at the delivery address with another employee. She took the time to take the arrangement back, store them in the cooler overnight, and re deliver the next day. That is someone who genuinely cares about the result. Kelli the owner was very transparent, and communicative! I would highly recommend her, and her shop next time you are placing a flower arrangement! Thank you 🙂
