Horrible.. minus zero star.. they left us high and dry.. without notice and left my yard with grass past our ankles and my dogs couldnt use the yard until we found someone new.They mowed right over our outdoor lighting and broke most of them.They said it was due to lack of workers but they continued to cut our neighbors yard whom we recommended them to. We went outside to ask if they can be cordial and give us a last mow since they were next door and they refused. We were always nice and paid on time so our confusion to why they would continue to cut next door and across our street (the two houses we recommended to them btw) was very shocking and rude. We called several times to try to figure this out but got nowhere. No respect for our property at all and no gratitude for the recommendations we kindly gave to help build business in my neighborhood. Beware they will take your money and ditch without notice!!!!!

They stopped servicing our yard without notifying us. The only way we found out is my brother in law, who lives in the neighborhood, took photos of the yard and sent them to us.
I called Oak and the bookkeeper said the house had a “For Sale” sign in the yard and they had been burned by people not paying after a house had sold. She said they would resume service if we would pay a month in advance. Keep in mind we had used their serve for five years and had used them on our rental properties as well. We refused to prepay.
I spoke with Oscar (owner) and he said he would clean up the mess and return to regular service.
Since they had missed three weeks of service, we mailed them a pro-rata check excluding the missed weeks. Once again, they stopped service without saying anything to us. After several voice mails and texts, we received a call this morning saying they were no longer doing the yard.
No loyalty whatsoever! Do not use them.

Very upset with Oscar the owner of this company!! They were using this gas powered blade thing to edge around my paver driveway and in the process damaged my paver driveway. I asked him to stop using that thing and use the weed Wacker instead, so I could get the driveway repaired! He then said he was dropping me as a customer because of my complaint!! So very disappointed in him!!! He has no clue about customer service!!! He doesn't even return my money to me for unused time! I might just surprise him with the bill to repair my driveway in Small Claims Courts with the pictures I have and see how he likes that! Think twice before you hire this company because you will have to deal with Oscar and that can be a nightmare!!!

He "changed his mind" because he said we didn't answer the door for payment. We have Ring doorbell and the day he was supposed to get his check, we didn't hear a knock or Ring go off. Because of this he cancelled service days before we were supposed to go back North for summer. When I tried to talk to him he said, "I don't want your business." Other neighbors stated that they were also treated this way by Oscar. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional.

Reliable, professional lawn service -- our home and lawn looks so much better since they've been taking care of our yard maintenance! Recently used them also for a complete landscape makeover including curbing, stones, palm trees, and all new plants surrounding our home. Did a great job and looks fantastic! Very reasonably priced and easy to work with.

After a few successful seasons, this place has gone downhill. Oscar the owner seems to just sit in the truck all day watching his guys work. Often times not doing the right thing. They damaged my property and wouldn't return my calls for days. Would not recommend!

Stopped mowing our lawn with no notice because we had a for sale sign in the yard. Knowing we didn't live there when we found out they offered no apology and no credit for the skipped weeks. Then stopped mowing again with no notice after we took credit for the weeks not mowed.

Cancelled our service for no given reason with no forewarning. Add in they did next to nothing besides a mediocre grass cutting (paid for the whole yard including shrubbery/bushes) I just can't express how disappointing this company is both in business practices and service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
