These flowers were ordered as a gag gift for a bday. The flower shown in the description are dusted with black but look very classy and still pretty. The bouquet was receive almost completely spray painted black. There are 4 red flowers that show a tiny bit of red. After spending $117 we were disappointed. I spoke with the shop owner hoping for some rectification only to be told it was our fault for ordering them. I explained that the picture that was shown in the description looks nothing like solid black spray painted flowers. The owner said that we were at fault for ordering that bouquet and she could make a new set but they would have to be purchased at no discount. I was very disappointed by the customer service. If you want solid black spray painted flowers for $117 then I would recommend this florist. Personally I'll never order from here again.

Lynette was great to work with! My girlfriend likes a rare flower - that happened to be out of season when I initially called. She reached out to her suppliers and told me when they would be in season. When I called - she remembered me and my situation and was able to earn me a lot of brownie points! Absolutely great service by Lynette!! I ordered 5 stems of peonies and she was willing to work within my budget and found me the best deal possible since they are pretty pricey flowers. Incredible customer service and the flowers were in perfect condition. I will definitely be returning to New Tampa Florist for future purchases!

Our daughter order a bouquet for a mentor. The owner was rude when my daughter was ordering, so that should have been a sign. When she went to pick them up, they weren't ready. When we went back, we were so disappointed but of course, there was no one available to even speak to. Regardless of her budget, the integrity of the business owner, knowing her name would be on these flowers, you would think she would want to make it look nice. Sunflowers never opened, there were only 2 peonies when there should have been 3. The water was cloudy, the bow was cheap looking, it was embarrassing. We ended up going to Publix and spending almost another $30 to make the bouquet presentable. When I called the shop on the following Tuesday, I asked for the owner. She acted like she was screening the call. She was immediately defensive and argumentative. She kept saying it was all because of the my daughter's budget, but if she couldn't have made it presentable, she should have told my daughter she couldn't help her within that budget. I would steer away from this rude lady, Publix has better flowers and vases for that matter, as the vase she used, looked like it was from Dollar Tree.
