I've had issues with this business every time I've needed service, but the latest interaction has prompted this review. I bought a new MF tractor from them in 2014. After the four-wheel and transmission failed, they scheduled me for a service appointment in November of 2021. My tractor sat with them for 2 ½ months before they began working on it… In total they had my tractor for THREE MONTHS. I have a working farm and this equipment is how I make my living.

Despite numerous check-ins on my end, I was left in the dark and given excuses. When I went in to make my final payment I confronted the owner and shared my frustrations with the above experience. I was met with zero understanding, disrespect, and no apology and was told that his commercial clients took priority over me.

I just wanted to share what to expect when you give this company your business. There are much better options in the area where they will appreciate your business and treat you with professionalism.

Honest and upfront about product backlog on the Yanmar tractors. They called me when the model I wanted came available and made the purchasing and delivery experience seamless and quick. I am extremely happy with the product and service from New Boston T&E.

My advice is if you value your time, and you feel the right thing to do is establish a working relationship with ethical business people, then just pass up New Boston Truck and Equipment and take your money to Chappel Tractor, Frost Farms, or any of the other tractor equipment suppliers in the area. After taking to the owner, Bill, for about 20 minutes on the phone, and getting a price on a specific item he had out in the front yard, I spent 40 minutes driving out to New Boston Truck and Equipment.the following day. Not only did his service staff refuse to sell the piece and load it on my truck, but after spending another 40 minutes discussing delivery and returning home, they never called back. Not that day or the next day despite my repeat calls. This place is just not worth the time you put into it.

Great experience buying our new Yanmar 424 TLB. Found a company that believes in their product and don't push the sale. They answered all our questions, let us take our time and once we were ready worked with our schedule to get the deal done and delivered our tractor. They spent the time to go over the machine top to bottom. I would recommend anyone looking for a tractor go and check them out.

Fantastic Massey Dealership, purchased a used GC2600 and couldn't be happier with the Price, Service, and friendliness from the staff and Owners.
They took the time to answer all my calls and emails courteously, showed me how to use the tractor and even took the effort in helping load the tractor on the trailer. If you have any interest in an affordable Sub compacy tractor give these guys a call.

Exceptional service even if you’re a small consumer customer. I’ve been extremely pleased with the Massey Ferguson GC1710 purchased last year. The front loader and backhoe have enabled landscaping that would have cost far more than the tractor, either in rental fees or professional costs. I just wish I had brought one twenty years earlier when we built the house.

Being new to this level of tractor New Boston has always been there proividing telephone support when needed and have given helpful tips on getting the most out of the equipment.

If you are looking for a sub compact tractor, forget the green, orange and the red ones from India and go for a Massey Ferguson you will not regret it.
