Model Row is contracted to service our HOA. Model Row is unresponsive when the HOA contacts them about damage to your property. My property has been damaged several times from Model Row's workers and they refuse to take responsibility. Despite several requests by the HOA Property Manager, Model Row has yet to reimburse me for the damage to my gutter.

Spoke to Mr. Bates about landscaping quoted me a price and I should sent him my email and he would send me the estimate. Never received it. Spoke to him before Ivan was going to hit told me he would come and reevaluate the job because materials are more expensive now. Never came, never called to reschedule. I recommended we schedule a definite appointment. Never returned my call. Very unreliable not responsible.

First, this is one of the oldest commercial landscaping companies in South Florida - Rob and his GM Mike, and crew have handled all my landscaping needs for my company. They are quick, clean, polite, efficient and very quality oriented. Rob knows his horticulture as if it was his hobby, and Mike is great in handling his crew professionally. I've known these guys for about 2 years, and since then I would never look anywhere else. Couldn't be happier with their work and follow up.

Maintenance is horrible! Grass is uneven from the day they cut, edging is poor, clean up is non-existent, they always leave a mess and the cob webs in the shrubbery and trees are like Halloween everyday and they do nothing but let them grow! I don't know how they prune or clean out the plantings, oh! they don't. The grounds in Southampton at Kings Point in Tamarac are overgrown with weeds, stray growth and cob webs, it looks disreputable since Model Row took over! The design and installation of shrubbery is a joke. They put in plantings that grow like a jungle and never should have been placed in front of a fence! They use the same shrubs throughout the development. It looks drab, boring and overgrown! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! THE OWNER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND HIS SUPERVISOR IS A BLATANT LIAR! WHAT A TEAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY< THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MOST OF ALL MONEY!!!!!

Save yourself the headache and find a real landscaping company. This company does not disclose that they put 3rd party subcontractors on your property to do their work, horrible service, damaged sprinkler heads and entrance gate, property never looked worse.
