After vetting several contractors I ended up choosing Model Maintenance. We wanted to redo our master bath and repaint a few rooms. They sent over Giovanni who gave me an estimate. I was impressed with their professionalism and they seemed eager to impress. The job took a bit longer than expected but got done and looks amazing!!! This company is on the up and up. I recently started using Model Maintenance for my landscaping and lawn maintenance. On my initial visit, I met their Director of Landscaping Manny, and was very impressed with his timeliness and level of professionalism. He is friendly, and always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His knowledge of all of the trees and plants surrounding my home and recommendations on how to keep them looking their best is really impressive. He has really taken my home’s curb appeal to the next level! The signup process was very easy, and I was able to get my prices matched.

This company is amazing. We are not home often enough to do some of the work required on our home and I had a friend recommend that I sign up for their membership. I just had my first service from them (guys name was Giovanni I think) and so far it’s been great. So easy to deal with these people.

I needed the exterior of my house repainted and some patching and painting done inside. They came out and gave me a really fair quote. I ended up going with them just because of how they presented – there were no aggressive sales tactics. They were understanding when I had to push off the job for a couple of weeks. I plan on using them in the future for some other work I need done as well as for my landscaping. Love finding solid companies like this that are run well and are fair and honest.

We hired Model Maintenance to hang a large and heavy mirror. I was concerned about covid but these guys showed up in booties and had masks on. They were very professional and got everything done quickly. I also appreciated that they were really careful not to damage any of my furniture or do any extra damage to my walls.

This company has been a god send. I originally found them when I was looking for a handyman to do some small work around my house. I ended up going back to them when we were redoing our backyard patio area and adding a pergola and small fire pit. They took care of everything from the design to construction. AJ was a breeze to deal with and was always available when I had questions. I am sure I will be using this company again in the future!

Giovanni was really professional. Appreciate him offering to wear his mask as well as put on shoe coverings. The cabinets, handles, back splash and sink were all installed perfectly and look great. It's nice knowing that there are companies that are spending the extra time to perform solid work

This company was amazing! I had them do a few small repairs around the house and never felt that they were trying to upsell me and I appreciate that they are very upfront with any costs. Of course it’s a business, but I appreciate that they don’t always put dollars first and just focus on customer satisfaction – which ultimately will help them anyway… I highly recommend them 😊
