New rec room new washer and dryer brand new sights got a river in the backyard are you kidding me this place is ridiculous would highly recommend for fun fun and more fun the family can come get away or stay away do it your way at Mill pond love this place

The park is filling up, check out the pictures here. Mill Pond is a no frills park. If you are looking for a quiet place, short-term or long-term, Mill Pond Village is the place to be in Hot Springs. The park has expanded to accommodate more Rv's. Check out the pictures of the new section. The pool has been repaired and filled!!!

Owners are really nice and the park is very well maintained. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe during our weekend stay. The Hot Springs are only a 30 minute drive into town and it's a beautiful park to visit. We'd highly recommend this place!

A quiet place just outside of town. Just minutes to everything. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They seem to be growing , as they are building a bunch of new spots right on the creek. Good Wifi , clean showers ,and a pool.
