I’m from California and this is my first time ordering flowers. I’m very impress with how they arranged flowers for my mother’s birthday. There was a special going on and it didn’t show me how the flowers would look like. However I have gave a call and the nice gentleman reassured me that no matter what the flowers will be fresh and beautiful. Jessica sent me a picture of how my flowers will look like before they delivered it…beautiful!!!! My mother called me she was over ecstatic with how beautifully the flowers are and made her birthday very special with this month being rough…those beautiful flowers put a smile on her face.

I am very disappointed that I paid over 80 dollars for the arrangement pictured below. As you can see it didn’t match in color scheme or quality and looks nothing like the picture from the website. I will not be choosing this florist again in the future.

A year ago I came in with money in hand and a desire for a beautiful arrangement for my wife’s birthday. I came a few minutes too early before opening and the man inside saw me waiting in my car and kindly invited me in to discuss what I was looking for while he setup for the day. He showed me pictures of prior arrangements they have done. Asked my preferences / what my wife liked in the past and helped guide me to a perfect balance of cost and robustness. I placed my order and scheduled a day the following week to pick it up.

I came the next week and picked the flowers up at the arranged date / time and they were ready in the cooler perfectly displayed in a gorgeous vase and were STUNNING. He quickly remembered me and our discussion, grabbed the vase / arrangement and put the bottom of the vase into this little “box” to help make sure the arrangement made it home safely in my car. (They also offer delivery — but I did not choose that so I am unsure of the specifics)

My wife was absolutely in love with the arrangement and it was perfect! The arrangement lasted over a week looking pristine and smelled so fresh it could be smelt throughout the entire surrounding area in our home.

A few weeks ago now (this year) armed with a picture of the flowers from the previous year and a few changes of color in mind I went back into the shop and spoke with one of the kindest shop owners I have experienced in many years. I showed her the picture and she INSTANTLY recognized it as one of her custom signature arrangements she makes and thanked me for returning to them again. Some small talk later and explaining the few changes I desired she had it all input into their system and off I went.

I came back for pickup and same smooth experience! The arrangement was gorgeous and since one of the main flowers they received in shipment weren’t up to their standards she made sure to UPGRADE my arrangement at no additional charge to make sure my wife for a second year in a row loved the flowers.

Let me tell you, she absolutely did. I give this florist a 10/10 or a 5 stars as google only allows me to give 5. But let me tell you the experience was BEYOND a 5. See images attached to my review and knowledge that you will be more then happy with your experience at this florist. Look no further, this is the place to go!

time placing an order with this florist and it was a smooth process. I ordered online for same day delivery. I made a mistake placing my order, they called me right away and I appreciate the friendly customer service. I also received delivery confirmation via email. I will definitely return for future special occasions.

I was looking to find my honey flowers for Valentines day. After perusing and looking at different websites, I remembered Marion Smith Florist. I went to their website and after a few minutes, saw the flowers that I thought were perfect. I purchased then and waited for the delivery. Top notch customer service! I contacted this business this morning with a last minute request for a birthday bouquet and spoke with Jessica. Even though my request was super last minute and I had requested delivery in 2 hours, she was quick to help out and had the flowers delivered in less than that time. She also made sure to text me with updates and pictures which don't do this arrangement justice. Absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend. I will be using them again!
