We had our 6,000sq ft lawn (mostly weeds) removed and replaced with St Augustine grass and it looks great. The crew was great and worked extremely hard and got everything done in 3 days. They checked and adjusted all the sprinklers to make sure they worked properly after the grass was in. Highly recommend!

Awesome job and we couldn’t be more happier. We received quotes from other companies and what we got for our money from this company doesn’t compare. A team showed up in the morning, worked all day, kept us in the loop to make sure I was happy, and even set the timers for the watering system. When they left, our home looked fabulous!

Couldn't even get someone to come out and give me an estimate. Brandon Knight was very rude and said they won't hand write or text estimate for a small job, clearing an alleyway. I've gotten 2 other verbal quotes from co.'s, so why complicate things for such a small job? I'm pretty sure demanding an email is against my rights bud. I can communicate however I chose.

Brandon came and gave me a reasonable estimate. About 2 weeks later they came and rocked it. I had sooo many tall tall weeds around my pool area. They came and were courteous and respectful and did a really great job. It’s everything u could have asked for the price he quoted. They finished up day 2 and cleaned up meticulously. That was it. I was very happy with the service!! I have decided to have them do my maintenance mowing and such. Hopefully they will continue to offer the same service

When a company damages a vehicle when your cutting grass please don’t assume that pine cones happen to just fall from a tree and damage a car Brandon. Your cutting grass And objects ricochet towards my car door then it needs to get taken care of. Derek you do not come off to be a person that is professional in handling a situation respectfully your very rude. If this was your mother,wife or sister you would be highly upset with what you said over the phone to her she was not asking for a wad of money like you said she wants her door fixed how ever you needed to do it. You said have her insurance company call yours with your business name because she doesn’t need your actual name. So that will be done today.

My camera is evidence the phone call is evidence my dents are evidence the story coincides with everything and when did I ever ask Brandon your employee for money on the spot? I said I just want my door fixed !
Honesty goes a long way and so does class which as I can read from your response you have none. I don’t have nothing to prove on here but it seems you do. When you have a conversation with someone have the decency to at least tell the real story don’t lie about it. Your a sad little man.

I'm beyond pleased with the exceptional job that Brandon & his crew did on my landscaping. The guys were precise in getting all of the overgrown bushes/trees trimmed just right. In June, I contacted several of the more well-rated lawn and landscaping services in Ocala to get quotes for some needed maintenance for our heavily landscaped property. My wife and I were in the midst of planning a pool party for my son's birthday in mid-July and needed help with our overgrown landscaping. Derek, the owner of Marion Precision Lawn & Landscape, was the only vendor among those I contacted who both returned my call and came to the house to estimate the cost of the needed work. At that initial meeting at our home, Derek could not have been more professional. He immediately followed-up our meeting with an estimate for the work and then, once the estimate was approved, got us on their schedule. At the appointed day last week, Derek and two of guys, AJ and Justin, arrived at the house and began to work. It was not an easy assignment. Grass and weeds had grown into our beds and our hedges, trees and ornamental plants were in rough shape. In his estimate, Derek had planned for two full days of work. When it became apparent that AJ and Justin would finish their work by lunchtime on the second day, Derek called to notify me of that and offer a reduction in his planned cost for the work if we didn't need the guys to work a full day. After years of either being fleeced or trying to be taken advantage of by many different types of vendors, Derek's honesty was welcome. That honesty and the professionalism Derek, AJ and Justin showed throughout their work with us has made me a loyal customer and happy to provide reviews such as this as well as referrals to others. I've attached a photo that shows the quality of the finished work. Nice work, guys!!
