The lady on the phone was very friendly, polite and excellent customer service. All I wanted was for my mom to have a smile on her face for her birthday today. You guys made it happen. I called the shop in regards to my order when I realized it did not come with a vase. They were able to do an add-on before the delivery so the recipient didn't need to find a vase big enough for the arrangement. I really appreciated the update from the shop regarding estimated time of arrival to the recipient! I get sooo excited when I send flowers and the anticipation kills me not knowing when they will arrive. I also really appreciated a photo of the flowers before they were delivered so I could see exactly what the recipient would be getting. Overall, the customer service and communication was great- probably the best experience I've had with any of the flower shops I've worked ordered from to date! My most sincere gratitude to the team at Maggie's Flower Shop!!!

Maggie’s Flowers never ever ever disappoints. The arrangements always come out soooo beautiful. The flowers are always fresh! They even last a long time and I’m not one to keep flowers alive. I always buy my flowers for friends and family here & everyone always absolutely loves their arrangements. I highly recommend.

I called them late morning to deliver a birthday arrangement for my friend. I thought they were not going to be able to make delivery before my friend's lunch time. They told me to expedite to place order over phone instead of going to website. I told them I would follow up on delivery later that afternoon so I can call my friend and ask her if she liked my surprise. Maggie's customer service was so great and went beyond my expectations. Not only did they deliver on time (although I ordered it late) but they called me before I did to tell me they had made delivery. Also, super great pricing for the super nice and unique arrangements. I strongly recommend.
