I've been trying to find a good primary care doctor. For about 18 months now. With the type of insurance I have, LA Care . It has been hell trying to find one . I've gone through 5 different doctors. In 18 months. Each one of them didn't do their job . They were all unprofessional . They never answered my phone calls when I had medical issues.
Due to this poor health care. I was suffering unnecessarily.
Today, I finally found a great primary care doctor . Doctor Louis Flores is the definition of a great doctor.
When I came to my 1st appointment. I only had to wait 2 days to get this appointment . All my other doctors would make me wait weeks. Then I would come to my appointment. They doctor would always be at least 1 hour late . Doctor Flores office is very professional. Not too crowded and all the medical staff. Do a great job running the office . They handle the appointments in a timely manner. I was seen in 30 minutes.
I actually got to see the doctor . Instead of a Nurse practitioner.
Doctor Flores is very nice and highly educated. He was very attentive to all my medical concerns. He referred me to all the specialists I needed to see . All the nurses are very nice and do a great job.
I left feeling great knowing that. I have a good doctor now . No more waiting months. Suffering with my medical issues.
If you live in Glendale or in the area, and you need a caring, smart professional, primary care doctor . That takes La care -Medi-cal- Regal medical group.
Then I highly recommend giving Doctor Louis Flores a try .

Soonest appointment was 2 months away. When I asked if there was anyway to get my jaw looked at sooner the front desk said "Aye yi yi" under her breathe in the most monotone way. Sorry I made you do your job for 5 seconds, STAY AWAY at all costs
