Called to order a bouquet same day and they were available. Asked for 2 dozen roses arranged in a bouquet with black paper and white ribbon for a graduation and they said they were able to accommodate. We came 10 minutes before close to give them enough time. The flowers were beautiful, which earns them the second star, but the customer service and arrangement itself was subpar. The wrap looks like a trash bag and when I asked if they had different colored wraps the lady cashing us out said no while another lady in the back said yes. To get on the same page they said they only have a clear glossy one and a green paper. You can tell she wanted to leave, and although I wanted a different wrap the cashier insisted that the one we currently have looks better and stared at me in a way that said “I dare you to ask us to rewrap it”. I didn’t want to ask for them to rewrap it just in case she tried to do it messily in a hurry so I kept the black wrap. It looks like the flowers weren’t trimmed either to fit the bouquet so the trash bag effect is really doing its thing. I hope my sister is happy with the thought that counts because $160 for this kind of service for such a special occasion is very disappointing. Thank you to that one lady who was at least honest about the paper. I suggest that try out a different shop (Publix had a great deals more paper options…)

I called the Little Flower Shop hoping they could deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my mother who just got home from the hospital. I had tried to use other places online, only for them to cancel a few hours later, saying they didn't deliver in the area.

Received surprise flowers from my daughter and kids in Minnesota for Mother’s Day. They are gorgeous! They are in a lined birch bark box. I couldn’t fit all the trailing English ivy in the pics. I could not be happier!

I found this sweet little flower shop online. I called ahead to ask about a corsage and boutonniere set for my son’s senior prom. They gave me pricing on the phone and when I asked about flowers that were not standard, they suggested that I come in the see their options… and I’m so glad that I went in! The inside is cute and inviting with lots of flower options. I asked for nothing specific and requested they create something special & unique based on the color dress and suit. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I was pleasantly surprised at pick up by a gorgeous arranged set. I’m defiantly going back and I recommend them to my friends and family. It was super special!
