My sister and I held our parents’ joint 80th birthday party this past October 2024 at Lithia Acres. We had about 70 guests, some who came from all over the world. This venue is absolutely breathtaking with its rustic charm and beautiful trees surrounding the property. There are so many things you will LOVE about holding an event here. Once you view the property and confirm your event date, the staff has an awesome online portal to keep you stress-free and organized with any vendors you hire; to answer daily questions you may have all the way down to how you want the tables and chairs organized. In addition, they give you the freedom to design your own party by either doing your own personal decorations or hiring a party planner. There is an amazing outside area for cocktail tables and even games for the kids along with a cozy firepit. The raves we received for the simple beauty of this venue were endless. Our vendors hired were top notch and would hire them again in a heartbeat- Adam Harris with Cater Tampa. He served steak, shrimp, veggies, salad and my personal favorite, a mashed potato bar. He also created beautiful charcuterie table. The cake was from Moreno Bakery. Our DJ was with Events Done Right. Our lovely bartender was with Hook Line and Drinker. Did I have a single issue with this party? NONE! Everything went perfectly, just as planned. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how incredible nice and helpful EVERYONE at Lithia Acres was from the first day we met through end of my parents’ party. I give my highest recommendations to Lithia Acres as a perfect and unique venue for any special occasion!

It was an absolute dream working at Lithia Acres Barn! I was the wedding coordinator for my bride and groom recently, the team + venue is amazing!

The owners, Julie & Matthew were extremely kind and generous in wanting to help or assist in anything I needed to make the wedding vision happen. The multiple golf cart trips saved the bride and groom when going across the property !! They also had all the little things that sometimes couples forget which is so important!

Marianne, the venue director was consistently attentive to all the details we requested and asked! As well as extremely responsive to any prior details we needed to iron out!

The venue is beautiful so our minimal decor just enhanced the classy atmosphere of the space! we also adore open layout, we loved curating a floor plan that was different than what has been done before & so glad everyone loved it!

This venue is stunning in looks, amenities and people alike. You can’t go wrong booking here!
I highly recommend having your wedding here!

This venue is truly magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding team. Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of AND MORE ✨ We felt so heard and confident, every step of the way.

Marianne was incredible. We felt so covered and cared for throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. This team truly cares about their brides & grooms.

Lithia Acres is a gorgeous and peaceful venue. We immediately knew it was our special spot. (Lots of great spots for pictures too 😉).

From the food, to decor, to drinks, to cake, to music… you truly are getting the best vendors in the industry. We received so many compliments. Some of our guests even said it was one of the best weddings they’ve attended.

Thank you for such an unforgettable & special day! We are so thankful to have found Lithia Acres & don’t regret our decision!

I am extremely happy with the entire venue down to all of the suggested vendors that brought my daughter's wedding together. Lithia Acres delivered!! Along with Torrie who helped me plan this event, I would like to say thank you and I would certainly suggest anyone planning a barn wedding to give them the opportunity to earn your business.
