Muy muy mal cervicio me isieron fraude pagué un arreglo de flores para mi hija q está en Santa Bárbara y no se lo llevaron que coraje y aparte ya me lo abian cobrado pero ya lo reporte a mi banco q mal servicio jamás volvería a ablar hay 0 recomendación

Horrible! Thieves! NOT florists. They'll charge you for whatever their advertising, keep the money, run to a grocery store & buy one of those day old bouquets for cheap, then deliver those. THEN they will refuse to make things right & forget about a refund.

I'm fighting them with the help of BBB now (Note: if you EVER need help with a bad business or scammers like Lily's Florist, I highly recommend using the BBB to settle the issue. They're great.)

As soon as Lily's Florist admits their scam, & refunds me in full for their disaster of an order, I'll update my reviews. But I'll NEVER recommend them! They are frauds!

Great service and absolutely stunning flowers! I called Lily's yesterday morning for an evening delivery to my daughter. The owner delivered in person after hours for me because their driver would be gone by that time. The flowers are very beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Some of the lillies aren't bloomingvyet so i know these will last a long time. Reasonably priced and take a look at the photo, they could not be prettier or more fresh than these gorgeous flowers.
I highly recommend Lily's Flowers to anyone who loves beautiful, amazing bouquets.

Received a lovely little bouquet that had been ordered from my nephew who lives In NC following the death of my father. Day 1 was 'iffy', but by day 2 the lilies were already bruising and turning brown. I emailed them so as to include pictures, received absolutely no response. Not impressed with quality or customer service. 🥴

I called to ask how long it would take to get a small arrangement delivered just four blocks from their location, and I was told they could do it in less than an hour. Three hours (and $30 dollars) later, this is what arrived. When I called to see when it would be arriving, he said "sorry, but we have like thirty deliveries today..."

OMG!!! What a WONDERFUL arrangements I received from Lily's Florists! I was a bit nervous because it was a short notice custom order, and because the prices were below the average of most Santa Barbara's florists. However, when I saw them in my son's rehearsal dinner venue, I was thrilled!!! Everybody complimented the gorgeous arrangements. It is a family business so I was happy to give them my business. Will order again!!
