I needed a major yard cleanup at my new home and hired Lennox for the job. Their crew was awesome. The guys worked nonstop until 7:00 pm to get the job done. I liked the job the did so much I hired them to do weekly maintenance. Great price. Great people. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I dont do reviews very often because it takes alot of time out of my day
With that said, lennox is really good to active military/veterans and the company is also veteran owned. I hired this company to finish my half done back yard because I didn't have the time. Tracy came over to my home very promptly and took over the project with no problems at a reasonable cost. The two gentlemen that finished the back yard (Clayton & Butch) were very nice, experienced and asked you exactly what you wanted. If you didn't know what you wanted then they would give you ideas and show you examples to guide you to something that you would like to see in your yard. During the install Clayton would send me updates and pictures of the yard as I was not available to be there for 2/3 of the install. Tracy checked in several times to see the progress of the project and also gave me updates. Tracy, Clayton and Butch are the most professional and trustworthy landscaping team I have ever dealt with. They did such a good job that I decided to fired my other yard maintenance company and hired Lennox to maintain both yards (front and back) at a very fair monthly fee. If you are looking for a full service landscaping company that can do it all, then this is the company you want hands down.

Made an appointment to discuss backyard. Took time off from work. Never showed. Called the office. Was told there was an emergency in Visalia and that they would come tomorrow. Took time off from work the following day. Nobody showed. Called the office. I was told they'd get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Don't really understand why but I guess they like to lose money. To each their own.

Was looking forward for them doing my backyard. Made an appointment and they never showed up to my house. They had confirmed my appointment and said they got all my information called to see what happened and to reschedule and they dont answer. If they cant show up for an appointment, to me it seems like they probably won't do there work right and take longer on the job. Bad business people... frist my appointment was not on Monday it was on Tuesday at 9 am. It prove that you dont even know what days your Scheduling people and I did not get multiple calls I only received one and I did not answer due to the fact that you called me 3 hours later when my appointment was that 9am and I'd was giving you multiple calls which I did not get an answer and your office opens at 9 and I gave you a call at 9:10 9:20 and 9:30 and the only reason why I got a call back was because of my rating not because you missed my appointment And yes your business does deserve a one for lack of communication and and poor customer service due to the fact that your business cant make appointments correctly and due to the fact your lieing with your comment

I left several messages to ask for an estimate for some work. They eventually responded and took some initial details. They said that someone would come to see me the following week to look at the work. Nobody ever showed up or phoned me to make arrangements. It’s unprofessional to treat people this way. If you don’t want the work, or are too busy at that time, then just be honest and tell customers that as opposed to keeping them hanging on.

Set an appointment up between 11-1pm no one showed up or called me to even cancel...Called them on 2 separate occasions to reschedule they said someone would call me back....never heard anything? Feel like I've given them enough of an opportunity to contact me back. Was looking to get irrigation and sod placed throughout the front of our home.

They show up at 7:30am on a Friday to run the weed wacker against the side of my house. Great way to be shocked awake up after you’ve had the night shift.
Neighbor complains because it’s so early, said they used these guys a little while back but they had no respect for the customer and I sure understand that. Still watching them trim the cement on my house. Oh and no going back to sleep because it takes 45 minutes for 20sqft of yard.
