My husband approached the crew today at a gas station to simply ask if they knew if they were hiring and the crew was very rude before my husband could even ask anything the men said no no he don’t have time for any of your questions or whatever you need when he tried to give them a resume just in case they were hiring they refused to take it and sent us to look on google so here we are. It was truck number 35 the point of the matter is what if we were potential clients they didn’t know we weren’t they were just immediately rude very poor representation for this company

I've been in the investment real estate and property management industry locally for a number of years. Out of all the landscapers I've worked with L&C is hands down the best landscapers I've worked with. Bruce and Randy, the owners, are gifted landscapers with decades of experience. They understand all the ins and outs of seasons, preventative maintenance, landscape design, and anything else that will come up. Their crews are the most respectful and polite people. Can't recommend highly enough.

They service my son's school and their employees decided to take their smoke break across from the main entrance, in the parking area, but right in the path of children both entering and exiting the school. Rather than just apologize for this faux pas and assure me that they would address the matter, the gentleman who called me back chose to dispute how far away the employees were and that the parking lot isn't technically the school. Regardless of it being the parking lot; it is a parking area for an elementary school, a middle school, a nursery school, AND a church, all of which should have been given the courtesy of NOT gathering to smoke in front of said establishments and their patrons, especially in the path of children entering and exiting! Customer service, courtesy, and respect all go a long way in any industry, even more so one where there are so many competitors to choose from. I personally will not give my patronage where the employees and management do not understand those basics.

These guys do the maintenance for the community I live in. They butcher the plants. Don't know how to properly prune them. I do similar work and I can't believe how they do it. It almost looks like a drunk person did it or it was vandalized
