I signed up for weekly residential yard maintenance and the quality of work performance was very poor. Three weeks in a row I clocked the crew spending less that 11 minutes on my property. That comes to about $6.20 per minute. Needless to say, not much got done and the yard looked bad - plants dying or falling over in the wind with no reaction by the crew, in-ground landscape light fixtures covered in gravel and gravel mounds and bald spots growing from high winds and never a rake touching them, weeds sprouting, and finally spotty follow up on requests to address these concerns. I terminated the service For 1/2 the price I just now watched my new landscape company's crew spend 40 minutes in my yard and it's never looked better.

A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS COMPANY MADE A VIDEO ON INSTAGRAM SAYING THAT AMERICANS ARE LAZY AND UNSKILLED. AS A HARD WORKING AMERICAN I WOULD NEVER USE A COMPANY WHO LAUGHS AT AMERICANS WHO ARE PAYING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO HATES AMERICANS. I MADE SURE THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE TRUCK MATCHES THIS COMPANIES INFO. NO MORE HIDING WE FOUND YOU!

Their workers blow sand at your cars damaging the paint covering your car in sand if you are parked on the public street near where they are working

Their landscape customer service is terrible. Stephanie scheduled an appointment to have Julio come out and give me an estimate on monthly landscape maintenance. Julio no showed and nobody called me. I called and spoke to Stephanie to find out what happened. She said Julio did not see the order in his in box. I rescheduled him to come out again. I shouldn't have bothered. Julio came out on a Monday. He said Stephanie would email me pricing the next day. No email, no phone call. I had to call Stephanie again to ask when I would receive pricing. She said she had not received the numbers from Julio and would get back to me that afternoon. Nope, nobody got back to me. This went on and on. Eight days from initial contact, I finally received pricing. What a joke! They want to charge me $260.00 monthly to maintain my front and back yards. I have fake grass front and back, no maintenance. I also have mostly hardscape front and back. They simply need to trim my plants and periodically trim two very small trees. Whomever put together pricing is a moron. Nobody has paid attention to the fact that I have an extremely low maintenance yard. Having Julio come out to look at my property was a big waste of my time. This company is very poorly managed. I can only imagine how horrific their landscape crews are. I should have paid better attention to the poor reviews. Don't bother to waste your time with La Hacienda Landscape. There are way too many great landscape companies around. You've been warned!

Jim and the entire team at La Hacienda Nursery & Landsacpe are terrific. They have helped us for numerous landscaping needs from trees to plants to maintenance. They are highly responsive, very professional and very affordable. We can’t say enough about how great the customer service has been. They’ve helped us select the perfect landscaping for our needs. We had a lot of questions to ensure we picked the right trees and plants to provide the right level of privacy and also look good. They were terrific. If you are looking for great professionals with great service and price, they are the best in town.

Called them 3 days in a row to order yellow bell trees we needed quickly. Got voicemail every time we called and left messages to as to what we needed and asked them to call us to arrange delivery. We did not receive one response. Since they seem not to want our business, we'll take it elsewhere.

This is the best nursery in the desert. Mike, the nursery manager, knows everything there is to know about Desert plants.

Walked in and looked around no staff approached us to ask if we needed help or even seamed to care I tried getting some of there attention to help us but was just ignored so I left.
