So far the best experience I had ordering flowers online in the US.
I have ordered different arrangements online with different services before. From a European perspective the quality and quantity of flowers have been a huge letdown before with other services, considering the prices. With K&M Floral it is the first time I'm satisfied with the arrangement received. The selection is pretty and was done with great care, and the service was great. I would appreciate a PayPal payment option, but that is the only thing I could see improved. I will certainly order again soon!

I ordered flowers for the first ever time! I went on a date for the first time as well and so I wanted to give my date some pretty flowers! I'm really grateful to K&M for helping me with the flowers for my dad's funeral. I had never ordered flowers before and wasn't familiar with terms nor did I even know what kinds of flowers I wanted! All I said was that my dad liked blue and the employee showed me a beautiful standing spray in the catalog. I wanted two, and as pictured they were a little out of my price range. However, the employee worked with my budget and I was able to get my 3 arrangements and all boutonnieres and they were all GORGEOUS. Delivery couldn't have been smoother and the blooms have just lasted and lasted. Honestly, I never really thought flowers were very important before this experience, but I have totally changed my mind--in fact I pre-arranged some floral deliveries for my family for important dates this year, which is something I never would have done before. I purchased this bouquet online from New Hampshire for my daughter in California. I searched for a local florist and they came up with a great rating and delivery options that fulfilled my request. I wanted next day hand delivery and it was available. After searching their ready prepared bouquets, I decided on the "So Sweet" flowers. My daughter received them the next day and was very happy about her surprise. She shared a photo and they were gorgeous and just what I ordered. Ordered these via K&M's online ordering for a friend who lives in Woodland and was celebrating a big birthday. I chose K&M after reading positive reviews online, and I was thrilled with the gorgeous bouquet my friend received. (So was she!) K&M even adjusted colors a little bit to make this lavender bouquet bright and happy, as I'd requested in my order's message, subbing yellows and pinks for the white. The bouquet was stunning, and I couldn't be more impressed with K&M's personalized service. Five stars!

My mom's funeral flowers and they were just horrible. When I contacted them they could care less. This was so disappointing.

I definitely would recommend K&M! They called me very soon after I placed my order as they didn’t have the exact arrangement in the picture. I described what I was looking for and when my colleague sent me the picture after receiving them, I was so pleased. Also, I asked for next day delivery & the arrangement was delivered by noon! Perfect!
