I no longer use websites like 1.800...flo... the flowers delivered were usually no where in comparison to the photos online or worth the price. Now I make it it a point to research florist located near the recipient. With this being said, I recently needed same day delivery service of roses, in the Los Angeles-Windsor Hills area, and came across this local, family, small business florist, J&Y Flowers. I called and spoke with John. He was helpful, kind and patient. Everything he promised to do...was done, including sending me a photo of the flowers before they were delivered. They were delivered within the promised time and the recipient of the flowers loved them and commented as to how beautiful the roses are. I highly recommend them and I will order from them in the future.

I called for a last minute delivery today for a sympathy arrangement and they were so helpful and kind and really listened to what I wanted the arrangement to look like. Super fast delivery, I really recommend this flower shop!

They were extremely accommodating, and friendly, with me calling for a delivery from the East Coast. I found them in a search that was close to my friends business, to send her flowers. They sent photos of example arrangements, worked with me on an arrangement at my desired cost, kept in touch with me during the delivery that got a little confusing, and sent a picture of the final arrangement and receipt. You're in good hands with J & Y!

This flower shop has exceeded all of my expectations. Last minute orders have never been a problem. My flower arrangement orders were simply beautiful and perfect for every event, from birthday celebrations to funerals and even retirement parties. Love the prices and you can't beat them. The store always has fresh flowers and roses. Always with new, beautiful, exclusive, elaborate arrangements and designs. Very creative florists. You could see the love, care and attention placed into their creations.

I stopped in to see if they had birthday balloons for my son . They just what I needed. They had a lot of balloons to choose from. All sizes and colors. I was well satisfied. Thank you so much !!!. I would recommend this store to everyone.

They prepared a last minute flower arrangement for me because the flower shop on Western/ Slauson failed to have my order ready. Both ladies were prompt and very friendly. I recommend this place over the other shop any day!
