They did two demolition jobs for us. It was a pleasure working with them because they would take into consideration what we wanted and needed and if it was convenient to remove or leave and repair it. They did an amazing job and left everything fixed so it would pass city inspection, which it did. Their price were the best and reasonable that I could find. I only have positive words I could say about them and I Highly Recommend them

J P & Sons did a great job taking down a storage shed that had been attached to the house and a couple of large pergolas, along with weed abatement and general cleanup of the backyard of my daughter’s new home. These DIY projects of a former owner were in disrepair and J P & Sons were careful not to damage the house. J P & Sons’ crew were hard working and very conscientious in all they did. They were easy to work with, completed all the work on schedule, did everything we asked, and left everything looking good. I highly recommend J P & Sons

I recently had my jelly-bean pool removed, April 2023. Prior to that I did my research and called in for estimates. Of the five contractors I contacted; only two responded one of which was JP & Sons Demo. The other quote was ridiculously high. Jose of JP, was awesome. He gave me an estimate that was MUCH more reasonable and size appropriate and worked with my funding issues from the credit card bank (American Express employees ALL incompetent knuckleheads). Jose gave me the 411, step by step process and STAYED on-site for the entire demo, backfill, and City Inspection. We even added demo work on the existing patio tiles and BBQ island--ripped it out and replaced it with new concrete and opened up the patio area. Much better now. I would give Jose and JP 10-STARS if I could--they ARE, THAT good of a contractor. JP & Sons is NOT your typical contractor; they are reliable, dependable, DO GREAT WORK, and they keep you informed of their progress with Daily Reports along with TONS of pictures of the phases of work. I have already recommended them to my neighbors who are also considering pool demo. Thanks again Jose! Great job, Great customer awareness, Great Customer Service, and THANK YOU for listening to my concerns and addressing them. To ALL, you will not be disappointed with JP & Sons.

Garage removal in Redlands. Large job to remove a 1940 3 car garage that was falling down. Great job, amazed how efficient and fast it was. I loved that they pulled permits, powerwashed my current driveway afterwards, and followed up until the job was signed off by the city. Would definitely recommend them.
