My irrigation pump was not working. I called and spoke to Steve who helped me trouble shoot the problem. He then gave me instructions to disassemble the motor from the pump to bring in for repair. He repaired the motor and refinished the pump housing in one day. After I picked up the unit and went home to install it, he gave me further instructions to make sure the pump and motor were working. Simply fantastic service from someone who enjoys helping those who know little about irrigation pumps and motors.
