Let me start by saying this florist has the most wonderful staff. The designers are so talented and the customer service is very helpful and patient (yes I’m picky) with trying to get your vision met to your expectations. The arrangements are gorgeous which is very important to me because I want my friends and mother in law to feel special and in awe of the flowers they receive and this place never disappoints. I highly recommend them!

I'm working in the area, wasn't going to be home for Mother's Day so my husband called this shop with a budget then let our four year old chat to select colors and...whatever other details a four year old deemed worthy of mentioning. The staff made an absolutely gorgeous arrangement.
Then they phoned to say the delivery driver found no one registered by my name at the address. Funny, the shop (on the phone) had my name and hotel address, and when I called the lobby the staff said a van had been by but no one had come in. The shop DID have them reattempt the delivery and I obviously received it, but to give pause.
Not being a local I'm not sure if it's just normal considering the climate for flowers to wilt, but three days later the majority of the roses are bent over or already plucked out, and most but the hardy flowers (mums, alstro & fillers) are drooping quite heavily too.
