Fitz was recommended to me by a neighbor whose landscape and architectural lighting was clearly done well. Illuminate’s quote came in on par with others we had gotten, but even from the level of thought and detail put into the quote, I was impressed. Fitz assured me they handle every job as if it were their own home—and now that our lighting is done I can see he truly meant that. Beyond the care taken to do the job well, Fitz was very punctual, communicative, and reliable—all sadly difficult things to find in contractors these days. When we had a fault crop up with one of the fixtures after the job was done, there was no issue with Fitz and crew coming back to replace it. We’re so happy with how our lighting turned out and would wholeheartedly recommend Illuminate to anyone looking for honest, high-quality, expert work at a fair price.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! If I could give a negative 10 star review I WOULD!!!! I had this company install outdoor lighting at my Florida Waterfront home in Oct 2023. After a few months the fixtures are all pitting and rotting. When I contacted the company to have these fixtures replaced under their 10 year fixture warranty they denied my request! Stating the fixtures are not covered under that warranty due to the location of my property. I was never advised of this prior to install and felt protected with their 10yr fixture/10yr Transformer and 1 yr labor warranty as stated on my invoice. I did my research knowing that metal can oxidize and rot in areas surrounding Salt water and I was under the assumption I was purchasing a quality Bronze product!!!

When I’m hiring a business or company I look for honesty, quality, great service & support, experience & knowledge, professionalism, value, variety, dependability, good communication, product options, warranty, and ease. You’ll get all of those things with Illuminate Landscape Designs. From the moment we met with Fitz we felt comfortable and in good hands. He understood the scope of our project and quickly transformed our yard from “no place to showplace.” The company is small and family owned & operated so someone will always pick up the phone or get right back to you, something you rarely see in today’s world anymore. Throughout the project and afterwards Fitz remains personally available for any issues or troubleshooting. As for price, they weren’t the least expensive nor were they the most of the 5 quotes we received. But we felt they were “by far” the highest quality and checked every service & standard box mentioned above. You will definitely get what you pay for. We are happy & impressed every single evening we drive home and see our home lit up so beautifully. We’ll be starting on our backyard soon and Fitz, his wife Kim and Illuminate Landscape Lighting will be our 1st and only choice.

During the course of our pool build I did online research on landscape lighting/services. During this extensive process I came across Illuminate Landscape Design. I reached out to Illuminate early in our pool’s construction with many questions. I was met with timely and informative answers. It was apparent that owners Fitz and Kim were experienced professionals that placed high standards on their services. I contracted with Illuminate to install pool cage lighting so we could enjoy extended use of our pool during evening hours, as well as enhance its esthetics. The end result was beyond what we could have dreamt and hoped for. Our future plans include adding lighting around the perimeter of our home. We had lights installed inside of our lanai today and they came out great! I was greeted by Fitz and his wife, who were very pleasant people and great to chat with! They gave me a run down of the time it would take to do the job and got to work! They kept me informed throughout the process and walked me through all of the necessary functions and need to knows about the system. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Money well spent! I highly recommend using them if you need low voltage lighting done!
