Called and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend's funeral. We live too far to attend, and requested that the florist text a picture of the arrangement when it was ready for delivery. They said they "always" send pictures upon delivery, and I was glad to hear it. I even told them I liked to post Google reviews for florists and liked to include the pictures provided. I would have given 5 stars, except that I texted to ask about the picture on the day of delivery, and all they said was they were delivered. I then asked about the photo, and received no reply to my text. I called the florist today, and they apologized, saying the delivery driver did take a picture but did not send it. They went ahead and sent the picture today, while I was on the call with them (so I'm sure it was genuine). They did a beautiful job with the arrangement.

This place deserves all the stars and more... I've been getting my flowers here since 2020.... My house needed a little happiness while we were all in quarantine 2020 and been going ever since... Everyone there is really nice... Some days I'd buy multiple bouquets other days just single flowers.. but they were always really pretty flowers... Any time I go to a get together I show up with flowers

Really like Hugo flowers. There customer service a 5 i needed flower arrangements for my sisters funeral ? and Hugo's was able to provide every arrangement. There prices are good, when i need flowers, ill definitely be going back for my next order. Thank you Hugo's

Extremely reasnable, accommodating. Went in with the intent to buy 1 dz White Roses and because of their insanely reasonable prices, I bought 2 dz, and had them made into a bouquet. Overall price was less than I normally pay for 1dz.. Additionally, the condition of the flowers were very "Fresh" looking. So, I expect them to last for my recipient.

I want to give credit where credit is due. Whoever the florist is did make a very beautiful arrangement. The hard work shows and time delivery time was exact. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement and allowing my mom to receive a big smile on her face for the first birthday I couldn't make in 32 years.
