Called last night literally before 5pm, to send my mother in-law flowers from her granddaughter’s. I spoke with Evelyn, she was very helpful knew exactly what I wanted. She was so helpful and kind as it was right before closing. She sent me a picture of the floral arrangement this morning, absolutely beautiful. Thank you again Evelyn for taking my order and a gorgeous arrangement ❤️

A million positive things to say about this flower shop. First off, customer service is phenomenal. They are extremely personable and go out of their way. When I called and explained why I was sending the flowers, Evelyn related to the situation and assured me she would make the flowers so special. She picked up more fresh flowers that morning before making the arrangement. The recipient of the flowers had moved, so the address I inputted was incorrect. Hilton's flowers went out of their way to find the correct address to deliver them. The flowers were above what I had expected. Very fresh and full. The arrangement that was created exceeded the photo that was online. Every time we deliver from Hilton's Flowers, we get numerous compliments on the arrangement. Additionally, Evelyn proceeded to text me a picture of the flowers before delivery. Wonderful customer service, flowers, and price is reasonable.

This is my third time using Hilton's Flowers and I highly recommend them! Hilton's flowers is the best flower shop!!

I live out of state and ordered flowers for a family member in CA. Hilton's Flowers were AMAZING! They created a custom flower arrangement for me, delivered it next day, and sent me pictures and a video of the arrangement so that I could see it. We recently moved to the mountain and it turns out flower selections are almost non-existent in the area. I actually had directions to Albertsons when in the parking lot I noticed Hilton’s Flowers and I’m so glad I did.

My partner was also very glad I found Hiltons because she loovvvveed the flowers. She was so happy to receive them and that confirmed that Hiltons will be my go to flower spot.

They don’t have wrapped flowers ready to go like they do at the grocery store which is even better because they hand select and wrap the flowers for you based on budget and flower types.

Evelyn put together the most beautiful bouquet I have ever purchased for my partner and I didn’t pay more than I would at a store. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and perfectly arranged.

My experience with Hilton's Flowers has been amazing! A friend of mine lives in California and had her first baby so I wanted to send her flowers. I read a lot of reviews online for floral delivery services, as I was ordering from Wisconsin and was unfamiliar with local options. I sent a message to Hilton's Flowers and they were quick to respond to my questions. I then came across this gorgeous elephant planter with flowers - perfect for my friend! Ordering the arrangement online was effortless, but I was even more impressed with Hilton's ability to meet my requests. I had requested a photo be emailed to me of the arrangement (we all want to see the gift we're giving, right?) and was so excited to receive one not long after I ordered! I also got an email when the gift was delivered, too, which was to the maternity floor at Loma Linda Hospital. They followed my instructions to the tee for delivery as well! I am so grateful I commissioned Hilton's Flowers to assemble a gift for my friend. They went above and beyond for me as a customer and the arrangement was absolutely stunning. The entire process was fast, I was updated on its status and in all, my friend loved her gift. I highly recommend them!
