I happened to find this floral shop, while searching for flowers for my Moms service. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we had the same vision for the arrangements. He even came in on the weekend to accommodate our schedule. He did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

They are amazing. They did a cremation arrangement for my brother's memorial. It was gorgeous. The flowers were super high quality and it exceeded my expectations. They customized the colors for me and even delivered out of their area. Overall, highly recommend.

On several occasions over the past five or six years I have ordered flowers from Highland House of Flowers for my mom, on birthdays, anniversaries, and special holidays. She has always been thrilled with the beautiful bouquets, very fresh flowers, and lovely floral designs. This flower shop consistently delivers beautiful fresh flowers. No negatives, all good experiences.

Very disappointed in what I received for the $102 I paid. I had an arrangement delivered and they looked nothing like the picture.

Yesterday I wrote the above review because I was very unhappy with my arrangement. Today I went into the store to show my wife what I had ordered. The owner came out to assist us and I explained to him what happened. He was very apologetic and offered to re-do my order. His customer service was excellent and I change my review to 5 stars
