I order the Bountiful Dish Garden which arrived looking very sad/cheap and in a different box than appeared in the website picture. I am quite disappointed with the $93 I spent and likely will not be returning.

I just had a baby on the 9th of February, made an order for valentines flowers for my wife on the 7th because I was informed it would arrive on Valentine’s Day. Added bonus was that I was buying from a local business. Been getting less sleep and less food taking care of my son, all worth it. And when looking up my order I come to find that it just informed me that I was out of range for delivery. 2 days before valentines…could have done something if I was notified of this on the day I ordered it. I’m sorry but you have made me reconsider buying from big brand flower companies. Beware to everyone that a situation such as mine is possible when buying from Hemet City Florist.

I recently purchased a plant for a friend of the family who had a loved one pass away. The order arrived the same day. In the delivery photo I could see the plant that was delivered was half dead and not in a healthy condition or even comparable to the photo online. When I called to see if there was a resolution I got ahold of an Erma who was very kind. She said they would provide a full refund and apologized about the inconvenience. Later on I got a call from Erma apologizing saying they needed to come collect the plant. I was shocked and explained that this plant was delivered to a person who was in mourning. Erma said it was beyond her and it was what her boss Virginia has asked her to do. I spoke to Virginia who was very rude and would just speak over me whenever I spoke. I asked that she not disrupt the mourning family
and also explained that the expectation from Erma was not to have the plant collected when she offered the full refund. Virginia said she would be collecting her plant and hung up on me. I called back and asked Virginia not to disrupt the family who was in mourning. She said she needed her plant so she could resell it and then proceeded to hang up on me again. I called back and told them to keep the charge and not disrupt the family as were in mourning. They were very hostile and told me they would sue me for the cost of the plant if I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card. I am extremely shocked in the customer service, quality of the product, and the fact that they would interrupt a family who had just lost a loved one. This is below the belt and unacceptable.

The people in that flower shop is so nice and it smells so good like fresh flowers I needed something for my daughter father daughter dance and they made it up just right ❤️

I called this florist to have a bouquet delivered to my daughter and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and very nice and polite. I live in Louisiana and decided to call a local florist in my daughter’s area myself instead of going thru a wire service like FTD because in the past when I’ve sent flowers to someone out of town I didn’t feel as thou I received my moneys worth. However, this time I was very impressed. The flowers were nice and arranged beautifully. I will be using them again and will also make sure to visit them in person when I visit my daughter.
