Recently I sent my mom flowers from Heaven Scent. I live in Delaware and she is a snow bird. She went on and on about how beautiful the were and long they lasted. I will only use them in the future. I would rather support local then a 1 800 florist or Amazon. Customer service was also great when I placed my order. I highly recommend them!

Great Service. I got a Valentine arrangement for my wife. It was beautiful. Unlike previous arrangements we got from them the roses wilted quickly. I reached out to the store and they immediately sent an identical replacement. No questions asked. Great service…. and we will continue to patronize.

This was my first time visiting and using this store. I went in to buy an arrangement and a few gifts for a friend and her kids who were having a really hard week. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted and helped out by the kindest employee. She guided me to exactly what I was looking for and gave me excellent ideas. She told me they would deliver it the next day, but if they had a chance to deliver same day, they would. Later in the day I received a message saying the gifts were delivered. I was shocked.
