Loved the guy that helped us super sweet. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars was because I paid a bunch of money for the wedding florals and some of the flowers in the bouquets were not real :/ also I asked for cascading flowers down the sides of my lanterns and all that was put was just ribbon and fake flowers. Kinda disappointed. But it is what it is. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Otherwise very friendly staff and quick wait times with finding out prices.

I was at the store on the 18 , the guy who talked with me was extremely professional and sweet. Then I decided to order 3 Florals arrangements for delivery. when delivery arrived I do not received the flowers that I order before. Please respect and listen to your costumers. I spent almost $600.00 dollars in a week. Be aware costumers deserve respect.

My 92 year old mother sent me flowers for my birthday which were dead upon arrival.
When I call the florist, heaven and earth floral inc., I was told by this obnoxious and extremely arrogant person, possibly the owner that he was the one who made the arrangement. He then proceeded: "well, what kind of flowers do you like...obviously you don't like lilies and roses?"
And, when I responded that I like them all, except the dead ones", he became hostile and insulting. This is not really someting worth wasting my time on however, I'd like everyone to know that how this miserable person can put a damper on what supposed to be a special occasion.
Do yourselves a favor and never use this business!

This flower shop is great. I called yesterday which was the day before Mother's Day and Tony answered. I had many questions and a price range and even though I know they were super busy I didn't feel rushed. I chose an arrangment from their website and although not identical it's very similar if not better. I have ordered from many flower shops in the area being in Illinois can't physically go and buy them. I had a horrible experience in the past on Mothers Day from 2 different places and their excuse was "we were just busy". This place delivered a very proffesionaly put together arrangement even on one of their busiest days of the year. I am very happy and so is my mom

Unfortunately -1 star is not available. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers for my mother-in-law on her birthday,
I paid EXTRA for early delivery and same-day delivery before 2 PM. I got an email at 5 o’clock telling me they can place order for delivery tomorrow through another florist. The website specifically said they have this bouquet available online for same-day delivery. My 84 year old mother in law In assisted living ALONE has nothing to celebrate her special day 😡😡😡

I wanted to get my gf flowers when she landed at the airport... they worked fast and at a very affordable price. I was amazed at how nice they were. She loved them too!!! This pic is four days later... still beautiful
