Lei Po’o & Lei turned out for her highschool graduation!! My daughter was born on the island of Kauai. We wanted something unique & beautiful. Queens flowers went above & beyond to create just that!! The owner Cherie & her assistant cared about every last detail. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs.

Honestly the worst experience dealing with a florist. I do not recommend them if you’re looking for a wedding bouquet. First when my brother in law went to pick up the flowers they were not what I ordered. There was stems with no flowers and dying at the edges. When I called back the lady tried to say I didn’t get enough notice, but I have been texting her since June. The wedding was in two hours. They didn’t offer to make me a new bouquet, she just said it was basically my fault. When my sister called she talked to a guy and we were upset, my mom was stressed and my sister told them they needed to make the new bouquet immediately so it was ready to be picked up soon. The guy said she was being disrespectful bc she refused to accept the excuse that the “flowers were out of season” and the lady was “really busy” so we might have to wait. He said the flowers might be modified and I said modified how. He didn’t even know what kind of flowers would make up the bouquet!! Finally the guy said the bouquet will be ready in 30 minutes. All I wanted was a small bouquet with white roses, some leaves for greenery, one yellow rose and yellow ribbon. Again, the flowers were brown on the edges, same with the leaves, and the ribbon was still white. The yellow was a small tribute to my grandma that passed. So disappointed they couldn’t even apologize for their mistake. The bouquet was 175!! 175 for dying flowers

Cherrie at Queens florist did a wonderful job with my order! I sent in a picture of the theme I was looking for and she really made it happen. She also had great communication and worked with me on the delivery.

I didn't see the arrangement, but my friend was very happy with it. The flower arrangement was to send my condoleances upon her mother's passing. The flowers were delivered real fast, which was surely a tremendous comfort for her. I would gladly order again from this florist given the quality and reliability it demonstrates.
