iSi uno observa bien el video,el perro no ataca,el policia lo provoca al animal exaltado por lo que estaba viendo contra su amo.Un animal agresivo le hubiera saltado a cualquier persona con esa provocacion que recibia, a si mismo el perro no le salto.-espero que el governador de hawthorn intervenga y sansionen a los policias,los otros dos arrestaron al hombre que nunca interrumpio con el ayanamiento,los tres policias actuaron incorrectamente.-SOY DE CORDOBA. Very inefficient staff. Don't know where to send residents. Don't follow through with request. I have a "organic waste" charge on my building and there is NO restuarant or any business that throws away organic waste. I called trash company and they said I have to call the city for a exclusion in my charges. When I call the city, they had a hard time figuring out which department to send me to. Then once I got to the right department, the person who handles it was unavailable. I asked if they can email or call me, the lady said I should leave a message on voicemail. I asked if she can relay a message but she hesitated. I kindly demanded a message be forwarded and she left me on hold for 30 mins to take my email? After which no response by email.

They gave me a parking ticket for not fitting in the T parking spaces but my commonly sized car, a minivan, cannot fit in those spaces. I'm essentially banned from parking in most of Hawthorne.

Went to get a preferred parking permit a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I was only able to show up right at the end of the day since that was the only time I could get off of work. The staff was very helpful and even called down to the cashier to makes sure they could process the payment at the end of the day! Overall, great group of people working there!

Utterly incompetent. They maintain their own arbitrary schedules so don’t bother showing up in the hours they claim they are open. Calling ahead to confirm the department you need to meet with is available is also useless.

Special shout-out to Ebony in Engineering who is the poster child of government incompetence and bad attitudes.

Terrible service have been waiting almost 3 weeks to pay the final fees to finish my project and they always have excuses why they haven’t sent me the required papers to finish my project
