We just picked up our quarter beef last week. Grilled a couple of the T-Bone steaks today and they were delicious and very tender. This was our first time buying beef like this and Jessica made the experience very easy. We are going to try the ground beef to make hamburgers next week. We have no doubt they will be the best hamburgers we have ever had. It’s so nice knowing that we don’t have to buy our beef at the grocery store anymore. We will definitely be return customers. 😊

First time buyer, now life-long customer! Jessica helped walk us through everything we’d need to buy a half cow, made the process fast, effortless, and the meat is absolutely amazing. I now hate to buy beef at a restaurant because I know I can make better burgers and steaks and roasts etc, at home!!. It seems a bit expensive up front, until you do the math. It’s way better meat, and most importantly we are buying from a local company and supporting their family, as opposed to some grocery store management!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Haw Creek Cattle! Ive placed two orders for ground beef and both orders have been completed with ease. Jessica is amazing with keeping track of orders. I placed my second order a few months prior and she reached out as soon as the meat came back from the butcher. The product is high quality and taste amazing. When we have guests over, they can taste the difference. Its also peace of mind to know the meat was raised and processed locally. I can’t wait to place a larger order for half or quarter calf.
