Amazing. I didn't speak with anyone but made an order online to have flowers sent to my wife for valentine's Day. Left a note asking to leave at door if no answer at the door. And they did that, left them in a corner not in plain sight the best possible way for a apartment. They delivered them on time and I have no complaints. My wife loves the flowers too. Thank you all for this.

i had some flowers delivered to my long distance girlfriend for her first day of college, and the flowers were beautiful, no complaints there. however, the customer service…. the flowers weren’t delivered the first day bc they weren’t sure they had the right house, understandable, i was completely nice on the phone. but the lady i spoke to was completely unapologetic about the situation, acted like it was everyone’s fault but hers, and even insulted the condition of the house i sent the flowers to. had they had some sympathy i wouldn’t be leaving this review. completely rude, no way to run a business.

I can't believe I'm the first to review Harts & Flowers! I've been using them for years to deliver flowers in the area. I don't have any pics because I've been the sender but the recipients are always thrilled with the beautiful arrangements. They're a locally owned business and deliver a great value -always beautiful, often fragrant, always fresh and last a long time.

Living in Michigan, I've had a need to send flowers to family in Arkansas every so often.

This was my 2nd time ordering from Hart's and Flowers.

Love how easy they are to work with over the phone and capture my desire and vision .

Also they have email access which helped me send a lengthy note which they printed

Once again they worked within a fair budget with options.

Delivered on the same day

Exceeded my expectations
And brought joy to my daughter, once again.

I live on the east coast and I wanted to send my stepmom some birthday flowers, but she lives in Arkansas. I ordered a teacup set bouquet online and called to keep up to date on the progress. The lady who spoke to me multiple times was really nice and accommodating. My stepmom loved the flowers and I was pleased as well (based on the pictures she sent me). Thank you!

By far the best in the area! I am from out of state and need a talented dependable florist in my hometown. I have found one in Harts & Flowers. Big Beautiful bouquets delivered fast and no out of town surcharge as with some in the area. Very helpful and friendly on the phone which is so important. You will not be disappointed in using this florist as I plan to do in the future.
