We used Half Moon Flowers for centerpieces for my mom's 80th birthday party. I originally had planned to do the centerpieces myself, but then life happened. I wound up calling HMF 6 days before the event somewhat frantic and anxious. I needn't be. They were absolutely amazing to work with, went to the flower mart to get flowers in our event colors, and found fun containers for them as well. It was a load off my mind, and the end result was gorgeous! Couldn't have been happier with them!

One of my friends was getting married in California and I couldn't attend the wedding due to COVID. I called Half Moon Flowers and I told them the types of colors and the occasion for the flower delivery. The owner of the store was so friendly and she was so accommodating. She prepared the flower arrangement the same day and dropped them off at the hotel that my friend was staying at. The soon to be bride and groom loved the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and very reasonably priced.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WEDDING FLORIST, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! My husband and I got married in Half Moon Bay in June 2024 and Stephanie at Half Moon Flowers really saved the day and did an amazing job!

Storytime: I had found a florist to do our arbor a year and a half before my wedding date. They told me that I just needed to call three weeks before the wedding date to place the order. For the last six months leading up to the wedding, I called every month to make sure they were still able to do the arbor - - and then three weeks before the wedding, I called and they said they were no longer providing this service. YIKES.

After lots of crying and stressful last-minute googling, I found Half Moon Flowers. It took one phone call with Stephanie and I knew I had been saved! She had only three weeks' notice, and she still gave me a very fair quote for the arbor. (I'll also note that a lot of florists in the area will NOT do just an arbor -- they want to sell you on a whole wedding package. I found Half Moon Flowers to be the best deal in town.) She was so responsive and friendly. I told her that I just wanted a lot of greenery and some white flowers, and that I wasn't picky about the arbor, given the last minute notice. She asked to see our wedding website, and then came back to me with a proposal for the arbor design that matched our theme -- and that also paid homage to my Filipino culture, which I hadn't mentioned to her, but she found on our website! Stephanie was so detail-oriented, and clearly wanted to give us a beautiful, thoughtful arbor that fit the rest of the wedding. I really appreciate how much work she put into finding the exactly right greenery and flowers. She did an amazing job with our arbor, and I'm so grateful that she saved the day!!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lynn was a life saver for my son's prom. At a very short notice, she created two beautiful matching corsage and boutonniere. Both he and his girlfriend were extremely pleased with her creation. Her flower studio at Hwy 92 is beautiful and she is a pleasure to deal with ! I highly recommend her flower creations!

Great nursery farm for all types of plants and flowers. You can find exotics, orchids, xeroscape, native and all kinds of succulents. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
