My home required both lawn and landscape work. I was referred to Franklin’s Lawn and Landscaping. I called and Chuckie promptly came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and spent time speaking to us about the process and time frame involved in achieving our requests. Chuckie was very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly became a friend to our family. The work was completed in accordance with the initial plan and looked even better than we expected! We refer anyone needing work to them! It is so refreshing to find a competent company with honest, hardworking people.

Called and was told to text my address and then he will let me know what date they will be coming out. He told me they would be in my area on August 2nd but did not have a time so I said that’s fine, no problem. August 2nd at almost 2pm I asked if they knew of a time he’d be here. He responded by saying he had a mower break down and would try his best to make it out that evening after leaving Ocala. He never showed up and never even contacted me again to reschedule an appointment. Very unprofessional. I understand things happen but why did the client need to reach out to find something out. Should have messaged your clients for that day and them know something came up or at least make an effort to reschedule.
