Cant even talk with a real human representative !!! So annoying! They just don't wanna here what we have to say about our bills!!

Impossible to talk to a human! Horrible representation of charges on bill and Noone to explain why my bill suddenly went from $153.95 to $312.60 and latest $460.85 when I'm actually using less energy. Legalized mafia because if I say to disconnect my service the government will condemn my house. So much for government protecting people from fraud.

If you need a human, keep yelling representative while tapping the 0 button for at least 4 minute, you'll get transferred eventually. Using their payment website is a total pain and inconvenience and if you enter the wrong type of payment, which you won't be notified of until you get a return fee of 30$ some 7-10 days later, you're stuck, and they change your account to cash only. The only reason I'll give them 3 stars, is because of my lights always being on, and a head supervisor Ms. Ortiz. She is the only person who is knowledgeable and kind I have spoken to. So thank you to Ms. Ortiz and her help I was able to have a better experience through this company.

I have to give 5 stars for tonight, the transformer blew and it's in my back yard. The guys that came to repair it had their work cut out for them, but they got it. It was even faster than they said it would be.

Unfortunatly, that same transformer blew a few days ago from the storm. They came out and fixed it quickly. And it was appreciated. The problem that I had encountered was dealing with the customer service rep. After I had explained what had happened, she tried to see if they could connrct to the smart meter. After telling me they couldn't, she asked me to reset my breakers. I informed her that since there was no power coming into not only my house, but 5 other houses that connect to that transformer, that there was nothing to reset. She wanted to argue about it but I just said no. She sent the workers out and the rest you know.

I should be able to give FPL zero stars. FPL is a company with no face, no human help. After I thought I had set up auto pay, I never received any notice that the company had not received funds for 3 months, and today they shut my power off. I tried to speak with a representative in an attempt to clear things up, but apparently that option doesn't exist, according to their pre-recorded answering service.

No warning, no help. Just $95 to restart service I thought I was paying and a pre-recorded voice telling me that the option to speak with a representative "does not exist."

Customer service? And you are lucky if you can find a human being to talk to even if they are not that nice! I thought FPL had decent benefits for their employees but as unhappy with the you are bothering them attitude that must of changed too.

I've been living in North Cocoa for nearly 8-years and have lost power on MANY occasions, but I can't complain because 99.98 percent of the time I DO have power! The power grid in this country is old and
dilapidated. I'm surprised that it still works. One day (possibly sooner than we think) we may have to go for MONTHS or YEARS without power. Therefore I have to say that I won't complain, because we honestly have it pretty good in the United States.
