I called as soon as the shop opened this morning, as I live in SoCal. I asked if they would be able to make & deliver a floral arrangement for my sister’s birthday. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I will try to edit my post later, to include the sweet woman who took my order. She asked for the correct spellings of both my sister and my last names, asked for budget and color preferences, along with the occasion. Imagine my surprise when my sister received her arrangement less than 2 hours later! Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and unique.

I've ordered a few items for my daughter and each one has been excellent.
This last one I sent was a get well bouquet and since she hurt her back I sent the Barcalounger and all of the guys at her work have been getting a good laugh when she putts up the foot rest.

A great experience from start to finish. I had a special request that they could not accommodate in house. Amy, the florist, called me to inform me of this and to go over other options. After hearing more about my initial request, she decided to go to a neighboring business to help accommodate me. I was blown away by this gesture and also by the arrangement she created. Ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work today, unfortunately her plans changed and she was working from home at the last minute unknown to me. The delivery person called me to ask for the home address after the workplace let her know. FANTASTIC customer service! Rachelle did my wedding florals and they far exceeded my expectations. She is so sweet, a joy to work with, and was flexible throughout the whole process (adjusting the plan, adding in my favorite flowers to my bouquet, etc). The florals themselves were amazing and I loved them so much. She was professional, on time, and made that aspect of our wedding day the best it could have been! She also had so many great ideas of how we could re-use florals from the ceremony to the reception to get the most out of them, which turned out so great. Thank you Rachelle!

I have been ordering and sending flowers to my elderly grandparents from rachelles for severals years now. They have always done wonderful displays and my grandmother loves the chocolates. It has been great to know that though I can’t always be there as I’m several states away I can trust that this shop will send quality flowers. Thanks !!
