A1 service , A1 inventory, A1 experience, A1 communication. Nelson went over & beyond when it came to putting together an arrangement I had to place from different State via phone. After our first conversation, Nelson had it all down I only called back the second time to confirm the order was picked up. Everything went well thank you Nelson will be back.

Horrid!
Spent over $300 on arrangements in one week to have the worst service possible.
Requested to days in advance to have an arrangement deliver first thing in the morning.
Stating he didn’t get flowers delivery, but not once decided to reach out and tell some one, or about the delay. Shop rep stating yelling at me and stated how it was not his fault, and that a morning delivery was not requested. Never apologized, never tried to make it better.
Oh and btw the first arrangement died in 3 days so clearly not using fresh flowers have never been a issue before. This pic is 3 days after the arrangement was delivered. Very disrespectful, not client centric, full of lies! Please spare yourself.
Clearly they are big about the photographic evidence smh, I reordered before I knew the first arrangement was dead. This location is despicable!!! You made the arrangements look good, I would hope so, because that’s exactly what you are paid to do.
This place is classless! You can’t start yelling at people and not expect them to raise their voice back. Your right at 12:30 I CALLED YOU! Which in itself is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When the request specifically requested a first thing in the morning delivery, which I will post as a screen shot. I was told that the flowers would be out the door in 30 mins. Which was another lie TWO HOURS LATE I HAVE TO CALL YOU AGAIN! and the flowers where still an hour away. I was met with no remorse, no apologies, no attempt to make it better, just a immature poor, yelling, senseless business owner, and who doesn’t know how to drive to the flower shop for himself when his flowers are not delivered. Or only solution when they have messed up tremendously is to cancel and not deliver my order. This entire experience is unacceptable.
Again spare yourself, and do not trust them with you special occasions, because they will ruin it.

I went to this shop today and had a terrific time! They are indeed receptive to my applications. Maybe they understood where to pick the greatest flowers to satisfy my girlfriend's hunger and satisfaction. Without their help, I could never have made our first anniversary so romantic and memorable. I will probably return to purchase a bouquet, which was the perfect place to surprise my partner.

Wonderful flower shop! I came in unannounced with no prior order or appointment. Angie was excellent, and she helped me select beautiful flowers for my wife's birthday. Then, she graciously dropped everything to make a beautiful bouquet as I waited in the shop. Her and Nelson were very nice and made nice conversation as Angie made up a great bouquet on the spot with my random flower selection. Great prices as well! I look forward to returning and supporting this great small business!!

I received flowers from this place on Sunday as a graduation gift.The first photo was taken on Thursday.
Beautiful arrangement but looks like the the company didn’t use fresh flowers.

After receiving my arrangement, I placed an order with the company (prior to when the flowers began to wilt) on Monday or Tuesday for a birthday on Friday. When placing the order, it was noted for the delivery to occur in the morning. Needless to say, the order was canceled by the owner at 4 pm. During this period (where the delivery driver “had the flowers in his car”) the owner, Nelson, claimed that he didn’t like how he was spoken to although the tone that he took as a business professional wasn’t appreciated. One cannot make remarks towards others & not expect the recipient of those remarks to respond.
At one point during this conversation, he did admit that he was a a business owner was not transparent regarding the delivery status of the order. Looking at other reviews, it looks like other customers have experienced this with the company as well.

Moving forward, I wish the owner learns how to be more transparent regarding his business operations. If he couldn’t deliver the flowers in the morning, then he should communicate that with the customer. If he doesn’t have fresh enough flowers to make an arrangement, then he should communicate that with the customer. If he is running late on deliveries, then he should communicate that with the customer.
He also mentioned that “$100 for an arrangement is nothing to me”, although over $100 was spent on this specific order. With that said, I advise you to take your business and money elsewhere where it will actually be appreciated.

Also read in one of the owner’s responses that “I never answer any bad comments because I let them drown in their poison”. Disgusting, I guess the truth hurts.

In response to Nelson, you are LITERALLY confusing me up with another Black woman :/. Who is "them" that you refer to when you said "cheap people like them dirty in the mouth"?
Attached you will find my call log detailing the 10 minute conversation that we had. In fact our conversation was so pleasant that you called me back after loosing service in the elevator, therefore I am unsure of the "dirty in my mouth" that you are referencing. If there was such dirt in my mouth, then we wouldn't have had a conversation at that length.
The photos speak for themselves, no one needs to bad mouth you. God Bless you, Nelson! The audacity of you to call people dirty and cheap after your less than superior business practices.
