I am speechless! Please see pictures posted online vs the actual flower arrangement received today. I chose this arrangement is because of the color theme. I understand you might not have the same kind of flowers, but at least keep the same color theme. It’s completely different look! Busy season can help to tell how consistent one’s work is. You just don’t throw anything together to just fulfill the order. I called before I ordered to make sure the fullness/size of the flower arrangement, and was told it would be the same size as it shows on the picture online. And the actual bouquet of flowers contains 1/3 of the flowers of the picture shown online. very disappointed! I would like to get your opinion that is this bouquet worth of $110?

I ordered an arrangement from Flowers by Coley through BloomNation. I live in Washington State and wanted to send an arrangement to celebrate my friend who lives in Orange County, CA. Flowers by Coley had the perfect "You're A Sunflower" arrangement at an affordable price. My friend was not home on the evening they were meant to be delivered so the shop took the initiative to keep the flowers until the next day and then re-deliver them. The flowers arrived in perfect condition and my friend absolutely loved them! Thank you so much again!

Absolutely terrible service! Do not order from here!!! I sent flowers to a friend and I received a confirmation that it was ordered but they never got it!! I called back to let them know and the lady was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. worst customer service. I asked for all pink flowers and this is what they delivered. I would never suggest this florist to anyone.

BAD customer service. So I walked in this shop this evening since it caught my daughters eye. She said maybe we can find something cute mom let’s go check it out. As I opened the door I see a male and a female doing what looked like they wrapping things up for the night.

I proceed with making my presence known I said hello, hi “I was walking by and saw your shop I had no idea this was a flower shop”. I asked what time do you guys close? the female replied we closed an hour ago with a terrible attitude.

I didn’t feel very welcomed at all! so I then turned around and said oh sorry, I had no idea you two have a wonderful evening and got no response not even acknowledge. How on earth would anyone want to come back to a shop when treated this way! How do these people even have business?!!!

you could have said oh so sorry we did close an hour ago, but we would love for you to return then share your business hours with me being the client or just anyone in general. I would have gladly come back and purchase flowers from this shop. As we all know bad news travels faster than good news unfortunately.

I now see the rest of the 1 star reviews on here and OUCH!!!!! makes sense now! Please Do Better if you really want to thrive in our small community.

This was a terrible experience. We ordered flowers to be delivered the same day, and paid extra for that service. When we called that day, they said the flowers would be there by 6pm. The flowers did not arrive. The next day, we called at 10am and they told us the driver made an “attempted” delivery, but our recipients were home the whole time and didn’t receive a call. They didn’t call us about trying to deliver the flowers, and said they couldn’t leave them at the front door.

We called the next day and they lied about trying to deliver the flowers. They also said the flowers were second on the list for delivery today at 10am, and after several calls from us and being told we’ll get a call back, we did not receive an update and now at 1:30pm, they still don’t know where the flowers are. We didn’t even get a call back.

Consistent lying and misleading. We’ll be reporting to the BBB about misleading and attempting to deliver our flowers.

Avoid this business at all costs! Terrible service! And liars!

Edit: The extra charge was labeled as same day delivery fee, and not a “standard fee”

We have a guarded gate and we were never notified by the security guard that your driver was there. Family was home and never did your driver “attempt” a delivery.

This morning we called, and your staff told my wife at 10 am, that the flowers will be delivered by an hour and a half…yet at 1:30 your staff did not know where your delivery driver even was. Your staff also told us multiple times she’ll call us back after she talks to the delivery driver…”in a few minutes.”We waited over 40 minutes and no response, on top of the 3 hours. Mind you when we called at 10 Am your employee told us that the delivery LEFT 20 minutes ago. We don’t like being lied to

We you didn’t cancel this order, we canceled it. Your staff led us to believe that the flowers were on route since she was “tracking” them but now we know that was a lie since your delivery driver did not even show up until 1:30.

You responded to our review faster than your store responded to us when we inquired about where our flowers were.

Thanks for your response. The tone and defensiveness in your response showcase exactly what we’ve learned from your business today: misleading, and terrible customer service. It’s one thing to make a mistake (forgetting to deliver our flowers) but it’s another thing to lie to your customers repeatedly over the phone about your services .

Had a last minute request for an order of yellow roses before they closed. Raced across the city and arrived 5mins after they closed. Jenny kept the store open and even made a bow for it after arriving late. Jenny is a superhero and saved the day! Talk about VIP treatment!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Ordered for same day delivery around 11am. They close at 4pm. 3pm, nothing. So I called them and the lady on the line took my name and said it was on the way. It is currently quarter till 7, still nothing. I understand it gets busy and they can’t accommodate everybody but I didn’t even receive an email notice about it not being able to deliver it as it’s specified in their policies/procedures. I know my email is correct because I received an order confirmation, and my address is correct because the website has the automatic address search so there’s no mistakes. Since they’re not following policy and failing to meet up to the “100% satisfaction guaranteed” and the lack of keeping consumers updated on delivery status, poor management is inevitable. I feel like no one is really taking charge here. I will not be doing business with this company again.

This flower shop delivers excellent quality flowers that last over a week and the chocolates are truffles.
They deliver on time and the prices are reasonable. Definitely will use this company for my Orange County gifting.
