I trusted Flower Works to put together a beautiful display of flowers for my mother on Mother's Day and when I saw a photo of what was delivered I couldn't believe it. It was atrocious!!! Not professionally done at all. Looked liked they just threw a bunch of flowers in a vase and delivered them that way. I couldn't believe it. That's never happened to me before when ordering flowers from a florist. You expect a professional job, especially for the price they charge. What a rip-off and total disappointment. They ruined my Mother's Day gift. Do your homework and find a better florist to order flowers from. This place is totally unprofessional. They do a terrible job!!! Not to be trusted!!!

I ordered the arrangement on the right and the arrangement on the left is what was delivered. Apologize for the blurred photo on the left. Sister-in-law took it. You cannot tell me the arrangement that was delivered is considered a professional arrangement. Looks to me like they took a handful of flowers and stuck them in a jar. I do better arrangements than this. I was charged $111 and was reimbursed $30 after I contacted the owner to complain. So $81 for this thrown-together arrangement. I've ordered many a flower arrangement in my lifetime and have never had a florist deliver something as bad as this. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

I cant recall the owners name but he was a great person to work with. He took my order late one evening and had my arrangement done and delivered the following morning. This picture doesn't do the arrangement justice. Thess flowers were for my bosses brother in laws funeral. My boss called me that evening and said thank you and said the arrangement was beautiful. Needless to say I would order from this shop again, I wish he was one of my local shops but I recommend to anyone that has this shop local to them.

This is my 3rd time coming here. Vahid the owner is always friendly helpful and lets me feel like I'm talking to a old friend. The best customer service I've seen! I've been told from my gf that out of all the flower shops I've been to through the years(alot) Vahid's flowers always seem to last an extra week and I've seen it as well!
I might not always be in the area but when I'm around especially for special occasions I always go to Flower Works!

i ordered this and got that .. i did agree to more white flowers as it was a one year death anniversary before xmas .. he then offered 1/4 of the size pictured i paid $130 and i was so upset as i’m across the country in tennessee . he then told me he did me a favor and added extra then sent me a pic of what will be exchanged .. it was embarrassing on both parts and would be more than happy to share what was offered … he was rude and said he wasn’t trying to cheat me … no one ever accused him of it . money isn’t an issue here and i want to refund the $30 he offered me . it was just another slap in the face . i wish i would’ve stuck w pioneer flowers . he agreed to take back the favor he did to exchange it for a mason jar size of roses you can get at walmart .

Very professional, ordered online and everything was what I expected. They even gave me a call letting me know they was out of a flower type, instead of just replacing the kind with something else they asked me if it was ok with something similar.I ordered from 1,000 miles away from this florist to have delivered, they delivered no problemsI’ve already made a second purchase through them within 2 weeks. Highly recommended

If I could give Flower Works zero stars I would. My husband passed away and we were at the funeral and away from our home from 1pm to 9pm on the day they delivered flowers. When I returned home the flower arrangement was on my doorstep and had been out in the heat most of the day. I called Flower Works and let them know and the owner said he personally delivered it and rang the doorbell and knocked on the door several times. I told him my doorbell is connected to my phone and I never received an alert. He began to argue with me when I asked why you would leave an arrangement on a doorstep if no one was at home. He was rude and insensitive in light of my husband of 45 years passed away. Unbelievable!

Bought flowers for my wife. Owner was very polite and helpful. Made me feel welcomed. Wife loved her flowers and they were very beautiful. Highly recommend you give them your business.
