We have been calling this place for a simple question past 3 business days. They keep telling us to ask our question to online robot on website? Robot keep saying he can’t help and he has to connect us and we never get connected. Honestly what a joke. Poor costumer service nobody wants to do their job.

The speed and process of getting your security license was super fast.. i walked in, waited for my number to be called, handed my id & certificate.. went to this room to fill an application on the computer for the D license (im a fast typer so i got done with the application maybe less then 7min) anyways submit it, submit my payment, did fingerprints, took a photo and received my temporary license card... All under 45min mayb less . It was super quick and easy.. i was happy and there was people there to help if u had any questions...

We went through a lengthy process in Miami that took six months to complete. Once our son's financial aid for tuition was approved by VR, the voucher was sent to the university. Afterward, we moved to West Palm Beach, and the case was transferred to the new office here -in West Palm Beach (Area 7/Unit 21C )

Almost a month into the semester, the new counselor (Mary Marten) called our son to inform him that the voucher would not be honored, as the new office determined it was a mistake made by the previous office. When we went to speak with the new counselor, she refused to meet with us in her office and instead spoke to us at the reception desk, showing no empathy for our situation.

She failed to consider that we had enrolled our son in a private university based on the assurance of this financial aid, that was already approved. If we had known the aid would be revoked, we would not have enrolled him. Now, with the financial aid withdrawn, he faces a significant debt that he cannot afford.

Mary Marten senior counselor is NOT there to help you.

Romane morgan was such a big help! After two weeks of waiting he came in an was able to resolve my problems with in the next three days. He really put forth the effort to assist me with my problem.

I went to this Office to replace my lost CCW Permit. I was late for my appointment but they were so nice and helpful from Security to the person who printed my card. No wait time.
Only negative, which is not the office fault, was the website states you need a signed and notarized Letter stating why you need a replacement. I handed to them and told me it was not needed. So I paid an extra 10.00 for a notary that wasn't necessary. They told me just ID and method if payment. This should be verified before anyone goes or maybe it wasn't necessary for an in person replacement.

Yesterday my husband was here to renew his license. Nikki Jones, was his service provider. Nikki is a breath of fresh air. She is welcoming, warm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Nikki smiled during the whole time we were there. She has a good sense of humor and made us feel comfortable. The security officer was also friendly and informative.
I must say, this office has it right. I call and receive the kind of service that makes me feel like they care and want to be sure we get it right

I came here for my CCW application. I wish every government office was ran like this one. The workers were friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. In and out within 15 minutes. Easily worth the drive over here from Broward.
