Arrived at 09:30 to renew my firearm license and I was out by 09:49 on a Wednesday. Employees are very attentive and they also have a security guard at the office. The building is clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff providing excellent service. Thank you!

My concealed carry expired over a year ago so I was unable to renew it online. Talked to someone on the phone and they told me I needed to reapply for my license. Made an appointment online for the next day I had off. Ended up showing up 20 minutes early and was seen immediately. Everything went smooth and quick. I was probably in and out in 10 minutes.

Incredible efficiency. Very pleasant staff, excellent customer service experience. I renewed a license at this location 7 years ago and was impressed then, and today's experience was even better. The only government office I have ever seen that is this efficient.

Made appointment online was easy. I got to their office 15 minutes early and was checked in immediately (and with a beautiful smile from the staff). Completed my renewal and got my ID within minutes. Customer service was great and fast.

I had to renew my cw permit. Made an appointment. I followed the instructions and waited in my car. I went inside after not hearing back. As soon as you walk in they have signs directing you where to go. Super easy. Only one other person in the room waiting. Waited maybe five minutes. Had my payment in hand. I recommend bringing a check because they do charge a fee if you use a credit card. They do not take discover. Went in the back. Took my picture and I got my license. Masks weren’t forced even though it said to wear one in the confrontation page. Everyone was friendly. Especially the officer in the room checking everyone in. Signage on the buildings could be better.

I set the appointment for my class D new license. I arrived early and was warmly greeted by security and was taken in early by a half hour. I was very well assisted through the entire process from start to finish. The staff does the license and provides a blue card or temp card on site after photo and fingerprints. If you pay by card, there is like a 3 dollar fee which is standard. Great people work there and really care.
